Relax Inn - Motel in New Lexington - 7125 OH-37, USA

I didn't stay here had some people we know break down and they were staying here and we tried to come and help them. But from what I could tell it was pretty run-down really the basics of the basic is what you get when you stay here it looks like went to put the toilet paper on the role in the whole entire toilet paper holder came off the wall out of the wall should I say. I mean if you need a warm place to stay this would be better than none I'm not sure about their prices but I'm certain it can't be to high for the quality of these rooms !

This place is so run down and out dated And the owners are just down right rude I went to check in and was treated as if I wasn’t welcome the room was already paid for and the man was basically refusing to give me the room key he finally did after 10 minutes once I got to my room I walk in and I’m hit instantly with the smell of cigarettes pee the chair was broken, table was gone tv only had one speaker working the Bible they had was vandalized every drawer and door frame is vandalized with writing the bathroom door had a hole in it from someone punching it I couldn’t take a bath because there was no way to plug the drain there wasn’t any hot water either the whole 4 days all the bedding had holes in it and there was cigarette ashes in the floor so I knew they didn’t vacuum it there was dust on everything so I knew the room just wasn’t clean thank God I had my own bleach and to top it all off my dog that was also paid for to stay because he is an emotional support animal of mine for my mental health ward discriminated against the man tried to enter my room while I was in there he says to clean but I had the do not disturb on my door at the time well it made my dog bark and he instantly told be the dog had to go or both of us so he kept the $1200 for a 4 night stay because it was paid for 14 days and kicked me out this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star it’s crazy they kicked me out for by dog barking because he illegally attempted to enter my room but he will let people live there that are coming and going all hours of the night on drug runs and crack heads fighting and yelling all hours of the night it’s called the relax inn but literally everybody you mention this place to calls it the Relapse inn it’s nothing but drugs in and out of that place and I’m paying all these nasty pictures of the place to

I feel like I’m being generous with the two stars. Driving up to the motel, you’re immediately met with an old rundown building. Within two minutes my mother had already been threatened by a drug addict about “slicing her throat”. Just a few days before, I called them and asked about how much it cost a day for their rooms and was told that it would cost around $60 for a two bed. Around the average for a motel I would say. Upon paying, I had learned that they raised the price by $20. I was already ticked off by this but I let it slide because they’re the only motel in the entirety of Newlex. The beds were insanely uncomfortable and both me and my family had bruising on our hips by the time we left because the beds have a metal support, the mattress extremely thin. The bathroom ceiling was caving in, the toilet barey worked, and the bedsheets make you itch real bad ESPECIALLY if you have textural issues. The only plus was no bed bugs as far as I know. We went up to ask for an extra blanket and this lead to a fight between the husband and wife which was extremely unprofessional. I honestly recommend to take the extra twenty minutes for a nearby motel rather than wasting your time here.

Two words you guessed it.. BED BUGS. Not to mention cigarette burns stained everything and a crack under the door that the rats could fit through letting in a nice cold breeze on a 33 degree day..and they wanted over $400 per week! This place needs burned down. Don't stay there unless you already have hepatitis.

The owners are amazing like amazing amazing.. Just pure wonderful people!! We had 2 stay there over 2 weeks until we found a new place cause we found black mold where we was living. They made sure we was comfortable. They helped alot. They made sure our room and all the other rooms where very clean! I read some reviews n there are no bugs at all!! At all at all!! The owners cleaned up the type of people who come in n out of there! Great for family. And decently priced.. There is no bed n breakfast in the morning however they do have decent Wi-Fi!! I really enjoyed our stay!

Unbelievable!! I was put into this Hotel By a Giving community and Church in Corning (I will not disclose the Church) I'm grateful for them I'm greatful to the Woman who called me back I'm very Very Discussed by the way Their taken advantage of My a local business Especially at times like now... No I didn't stay so hopefully they wasn't billed. No hot water No heat on and Dirt o the Mess it is

Hard bed in room 12, would definitely suggest you sleep on floor cause the floor probably softer. BEWARE OF ROOM 12 OR ANY ROOMS THERE WITH 2 BEDS!!!!!!! You will not sleep for nothing and be sore the next day for it!!!!!

Room was not very clean. They did not have an ice machine, however the owner/ manager gave me ice from his freezer( he was super nice). The people in the room next us fought rather loudly most of the night, so we didn't get much sleep.
