Relax Inn - Motel in Hampton - 2708 W Mercury Blvd, USA

Staff has a very nasty/rude attitude and act like they don’t speak or understand English but they do, the rooms are filthy just like their attitude & I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this locations!

Great central location but rooms are pretty ratty at best.AC was really noisy, shower head was broken hardly trickled water they did change towels everyday!

I like that they have jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms but the rooms are a little dingy service is made. I was questioned when I asked for cleaner to re-clean the tub which they did not do the greatest job doing.

There was blood on the sheets on one of the beds. |Seriously blood spots…. When the front desk was called they would not change out the linens. |They just said we will call housekeepering in the morning. ||So the bloody sheet sat on the floor. And no one slept in the biohazard bed.

So we stayed a few times and they keep giving us the same room. I saw they hardly clean the bathrooms, they don't mop the floors, microwave hardly worked, smelled weird and when I notified them of the problems they didn't do anything. Wouldn't recommend even if your homeless.

The room and price was decent . We stayed a few times. Staff was always polite and housekeeping as well. They always gave us what was needed extra soaps toilet paper washcloths, towels and etc. Answered phone right away. Only once have had a slight problem it really was nothing that could not be resolved in which it is was handled right away. But in all everything was great. We were able to have peace and quite, staff was great and courteous and price excellent for all that we received. At least this place had all the necessities we needed at the time. Thank-You staff, management and owners for having a clean and quite place for us to relax and stay at. We will be back again.

I get the room earlier this evening and didn’t go in til 12:00 am and I seen hair and crumbs in my bed this had came from the person prior from me having the room. They didn’t change my sheets they jus threw the blanket on top and left it. So I called the front desk and she told me I could not get any clean sheets cause they’ve already came to clean the room but obviously didn’t I don’t recommend this at all poor service I repeat poor and unclean service ughhh

This is an old Motel but the service was polite. They are doing some remodeling but not enough to bring it up to date. ||||If you are looking for a clean and comfortable and very affordable place to stay you will find it here. I saw no black mold in our room. The bathroom was clean. They had high seating toilets. If you are not looking for the fancy and down to earth will do. Check this one out. Do ask to look at the room before your stay to make sure you will be comfortable.
