Relax Inn - Hotel in Little Rock - 200 S Shackleford Rd, USA

I had to give it 1 star to post my review!!! Trash, Non smoking room smelled worse than the smoking room. Random people outside everywhere. I wouldn't keep my dog in one of those rooms. I paid 66 bucks on priceline. Checked in to the room, as soon as I opened the room door I shut it and gave the key back to the front desk and told them I didn't want the room. Lost my money and they tried to charge my card twice for a 16 dollar purchase, and no idea what for! Place was for hookers and drugs users!

Was a horrible experience. But at 3am and a day of traveling behind us we were left with little choice, we needed rest. Room was so filthy we stripped bed to sheets only and slept in our clothes with our own pillows. The mirrors appeared to have been cleaned with oil, couldn’t see yourself in them. And the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. We had a nonsmoking room but had a horrible stench. Only use this hotel if it’s a last resort

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room was dirty, the tv remote was missing the back and the tv had no signal. The tub drain was clogged so while taking a shower your standing in water. It was people sitting on the steps grilling and they did not want to move. Didn?t feel safe at all

DO NOT STAY HERE….me my husband and my autistic son stayed here 07/06/2024 before even getting into our room we had to drive through the parking lot which was full of hookers asking us if we were looking for a good time. the first room they gave us had no security lock on the door so we couldn’t stay in that room because my son could easily open door the second room they gave us the light fixtures in the room were broken and one had a bulb that the glass was broken was still inside the socket so if you touched it could shock you and then the third room they gave us and we had to accept because they would not give us our money back because we booked through a third party website had black mold on ceilings and in the bathtub

Positive: the hotel agreed to give me a refund Negative: This hotel is not safe for a single female to stay in, people live at the hotel and I smelled marijuana smokethe deadbolt in the room was broken off and there was no charging plug for a phone, no elevator

Terrible place to stay!! They have roaches and bed bugs and offered no help or accomodations. They need to be reported and shut down! Correction, I was in room 124 for two days when we noticed the bed bug on the sheets took a picture of it then took it to front desk the employee moved us to room 111 we paid for another night my wife asked to speak with the manger multiple times to get the room half price and to bring him some awareness about his hotel. Yet we kept getting told he wasn't there. I'll be calling health department today.

This place is horrible. I made a reservation online & when I got there it was infested with roaches. This place needs to be burned down. & now they act like they can’t even give me my money back

Got a room late last night. The room was disgusting- it was all filthy. Checked the bed and found a bed bug. Left immediately and drove 3 hours home.
