The single most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They have unethical billing practices starting from day 1 with unreasonable deposits, surprise billing for months of your lease, late fees from their changes in their billing system which we had set to autopay and then they accidentally billed us for 3 months of the lease. I had to submit a ticket to get that money back and took way too long to return to us. I had a lease agreement which was used for the sole purpose of having a company mailing address locally, something so simple that we thought nothing can go wrong, despite having had extraordinary issues with our actual office space from them at another location locally. During my "lease" they returned important legal docs, sat on mail for months that had customers payments and their excuse was that we did not show up on their "tenant list" but couldn't give an explanation why. After several attempts to correct these issues, we cancelled and they charged us a "move out fee" and somehow, despite having removed our payment from their system, automatically billed us again. To be fair, I could understand a move out fee if we were in the office but we've never sat in that office other than to wait for them to look for mail they had but couldn't find. I know that shared office space is hard to find around here but I would recommend finding something else unless you want the same problems. Take a look at reviews on this company and you'll see I'm not the only one.

Signed a contract for a month with termination date on the agreement. Didn't cancel within 7 days of signing the contract and they renewed me for 3 months and wouldn't work with me to cancel the contract. I even offered to pay the money for a credit for 3 months when I return to Florida and they told me they couldn't do anything. Nice space awful company. Will never do business with them again. I am reporting them to the BBB. Woof.

Maybe I have made 2 reviews in my life and this is one of them. Irresponsable or no answers to your request, I made a request and the Office attendant AFTER A MONTH response Call to Regus, and my Question is are they part of REGUS? It shows that they are a corporation that doesn't care about their clients Smells Onion Everywhere! My plan was stay here for many months but Im cancelling my contract right now, Bad Experience

Be careful, they hide how to cancel your account. They do not respond. It is like dealing with mafia. The purpose is to make you keep paying. You cannot cancel anywhere but when you sign in they tell you you can do so at anytime.

This location is one of the gems of the Regus brand. The space is perfectly planned. It is open, airy and has a great feel to it. The staff is excellent as well. You always feel like you are family in this space. 5 Stars.

Alex, the Manager and Emily have attended the office for years. They are attentive and consistently provide great customer service. I would highly recommend Regus, which I have used for 15 years.

Clean, plenty of parking, great views, good offices, nice lay out and conference rooms, easy to access...

I like its location!! good place for an office and there is free parking. there is a good restaurant nearby.
