I have been a tenant at the Regus San Ramon center for almost 2 years. I have moved from a small office to a larger office and have been accommodated in all aspects by the very professional staff here. Jessica, Kyle, and Vesta are fantastic and it is because of them that I have been so happy here. I'm sure that other staff are just as lovely but they are fantastic. My clients/employees are always greeted by a professional staff member at the front desk, mail services are available, there's a kitchen with great coffee and tea, and other office facilities and services are available here that give my business a much more professional feel than when I was meeting clients at Starbucks. Thank you!

Great location for your business needs whether it's short-term or long-term. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond, Tracy and Jessica really made sure to take care of us while visiting from our main Houston Regus office like we were here everyday. We will absolutely be coming back anytime we are in the area! We can't recommend this office and staff enough.

I wish I would have looked up Regus on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau before giving them my business. I recently moved my company out of Regus as I was having issues with the company complying with CDC guidelines during Covid at their Pleasanton location. The San Ramon office gave me a 3 day notice to remove all of my items because of my fall out from their Pleasanton location. After moving out they are bad mouthing my company to clients such as I left in the middle of the night as if I wasn't kicked out and given a 3 day notice. I wouldn't recommend this company or the San Ramon or Pleasanton office locations as they have been a horrible experience from day 1. Over priced, kept $4,000 in security deposits. Didnt follow CDC guidelines and very rude to tenants. This is from the BBB website CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS Pattern of Complaints: BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning: ***Failure to finalize leasing agreements upon written request, but continues to bill or draft payment beyond termination date. ***Failure to respond to consumer communications and/or poor customer service. ***Failure to make timely refund of security deposits. ***Failure to disclose auto renewal policies. ***Referral of accounts that have been wrongfully accumulated over to collections. This is a continuation of a similar pattern of complaints originally noted on the business' file in November 2016. On September 30, 2020, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of October 19, 2020, the business has failed to provide a response to this communication

I signed up for the Regus Gold Card a couple months ago. I met with the site manager, Jessica Martin, who clearly explained all of the different services and options, so that I could chose the right one for my business today, and have the information I need for planning as my business grows. Jessica and her staff are always go out of their way to be curious and professional.

I've started my PMP bootcamp training with 2 of my students here and we are extremely happy. Support from front desk is amazing. Location is great. Cafeteria is inside the building and serves hot food for lunch and breakfast.

WOW! The service and support is phenomenal ... the accommodations are superb. The team here is truly professional through and through. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
