If I can, I will rate this place 0 star. I emailed with their customer service in January to terminate my lease contract, they asked if I was sure about terminating it in January, I said yes, and the customer service told me she already report it to their financial department and will reply my email to confirm the termination. After that, every time I emailed and ask for the final termination if it is been done, their customer service kept telling me to wait for a response within 48 hours. About on month later, I keep receiving bills from them. When I called the office, no one knew about I emailed to their co-worker, and they kept asking me for email communication. Aren't you all part of the same company? Why ask me for email records? and I forwarded all emails to the office, no one reply back until now. Finally, today I confirmed the cancellation of the contract, and the termination time changed to April 30th 2024 also my deposit will be offset. They said:''As per our new process, termination date will be effective at the end of the month covered by your payment and retainer. In that case, we will terminate it as of April 30, 2024. '' so what did your company do for last 2 month? just want to intentionally delay time so they don't have to refund the deposit? This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I went there to work at the co-working space area for 3 days. It's a very basic office space with no windows. That alone, I will give it 3 stars. I took out another star because there was another person working in the same area who was obviously sick. I had to travel the very next day and I just didn't want to deal with that very selfish person (stay home if you aren't well!). I asked regus about this and was told their policy states they cannot kick out someone who is sick. IMO, that is a terrible policy. Aren't you supposed to be providing safe work environment? Not only was he showing symptoms, he was went about it loudly....coughing blowing nose, etc. If you don't care about getting sick, it's still annoying having to hear all of that while working.

I started a location with Regus in Torrance and it went flawlessly and thought wow....this is easy. So we opened another location in Diamond bar and it has been a nightmare from the start. First off you can call and set up a new account with someone but they will not cancel the contract over the phone, you must put a request on line. I noticed immediately I received all sorts of charges being invoiced and called my contact and asked him what was going on. He said he couldn't help and I would have to call the help desk....so much for a buisness relationship. I called the help desk and they couldn't find my information even thou I had an account for over a year with them.i called back Richard our saleman and he then directed me to the service center person and I spoke to a lady there that noticed errors and I received a 195.00 credit and asked me to update my profile with a credit card which Richard was supposed to do for us. So I set up automatic payment and thought we where good. Then we start getting harrassing calls from Tania at the collections department about money owed even though we had a credit in our account. We tried explaining to her to look into the account for the credit. She stated I would have to go to the help desk to get the credit. Tania wouldn't help with the credit but kept asking for the money even thou we had a credit card on file and a credit for 195 in our account. How stupid can we get. I called Maria from the help desk and angry at this point she tells us she sees the problem and she will get a supervisor to help her and call us back. No call ever came from Maria, but Tania called us asking for the money again, even thou we have a credit of 195 and a credit card on file. We have decided to cancel all contracts with Regus. One last ditch effort I call our diamond bar location and no one could be reached as they where out of the office and a lady from the West Covina (same company Regus) couldn't help us or get someone to call back. I asked for her last name she wouldn't give it. I asked for an initial she wouldn't give it. I asked for an employee identiting number she didn't have one. We spent about two thousand dollars setting up on advertising with the new address and within 4 months from start to now I spoke to 8 different people from different departments. I asked for supervisors to assist and only entry level people would tell me they are not available. They over charged me several times twice for the set up and late fees endlessly and I made ever bit of effort to get this fixed. There organization is mixed and has no flow chart when then are not right. It's clear they set it up this way because its a way they make money...kind of like sharks feeding on bad credit. I've decided to end my business with them and file a small claims suit to recoupe money lost. Be aware of this company. Jason 1st Stryke Pest Control

A lot of these reviews on google are clearly fake reviews, possibly friends and family. Honestly just look at demographics of the DB location and compare to the reviews. Yelp has a better assessment about this place. The owners need to do something about the 2 rude front desk girls. They are always on their phones and on social media and shopping sites. Horrible customer service, attitude, and tone of voice. When the Girls from other sites come in to cover lunch they treat everyone much better! Please swap out these 2 girls with the ones from other sites or just get rid of them, they do not have the personality and attitude for customer service. Bad for business.

Great place to take care of business and feel secure about your choices. So many extra features that I didn't have time to hear them all. Being a member does give you access to over 3400 office spaces. That's a lot. They will take and hold my mail or forward it to where I am.

Very Bad experience overall. Think twice before you sign up the agreement with them for minimum three months. You need to inform them at least three months in advance to terminate your agreement or otherwise you will be stuck there. Also be sure to check your credit card transactions as you might be still charged even though your contract was terminated. What a nightmare!
