· Well the room smelled odd ,but that's not unusual for a hotel. When I checked into the hotel i immediately asked for a late checkout. I was told that wouldn't be an issue i could checkout at 12:00 noon the next day. The next day my wife was in our room sleeping. The front desk called her at 10:00 woke her ,and rudely asked if she would be leaving today. She informed him that we already asked for a late checkout and was told that would be fine. Then around 11:00 the front desk MAN decided too knock and then abruptly just walk into our room while she was in the room by herself. This was very concerning to me. i will never stay at this hotel again. I wasn't there for the breakfast but my wife informed me there was no hot food only cold prepackaged muffins and boxed cereal. Also if your looking for a good nights sleep this is not the place to go. It is a very quiet hotel because no will stay there probably ,but the beds are Very old or just Very uncomfortable.
Horrible manager was nice at firstmanager,was loud ,rude and very pushy but he is that way to everyone even his poor wife made me go into a seizure 3 times..even after I went back an voluntarily gave him 20 dollars because I was in the room a couple hours longer due to having a seizure and trying to transfer my money .. the dark completed man that works at night with glasses very kind polite well spoken understanding knows how to run a buisness.cause he didn't tolerate any bs but was still polite and handled the situation accordingly.... the panels who own days inn in Byram are awesome,and Emmitt also frank patel.Patel.. very clean rooms good service an no stained bedding everything works
Poor hygiene, 2 regular towels and one hand towel and all three were dirty like nasty dirty, my bathroom rag to clean my toilet at home is cleaner than those towels, the room smells so bad and the bed blankets had cigarettes burns all over the place on top of that the white blankets were dirty as much as the towels, cockroaches all over the place and something bit me and gave me a rash. I lost my money but the gain a review 😡 Horrible place to stay keep going, do not stay in this place.
I stay here for 2 months and upstairs tenants keep up noisy and doing out of spite. Bugs and smell in the rooms, good hot water in some rooms the managers are strict but do work with you to solved the problems. Housekeeping half way clean the rooms. Long term I would stay here for the BS.

It's very quiet and someone is always patrolling. It's very convenient for fast food runs and stores within walking distance. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they have no wi-fi.
This place is a craphole. Smelled like someone had spilled Pine-sol cleaner everywhere. The level of room I had reserved also didn't exist. Their website still claims it does but according to the desk clerk they didn't. I did not stay. Wasnt sure it was healthy. Lost my money because I booked with Expedia and it turned out to be non refundable (in the fine print, it turns out).
Can you give -stars?? I can't begin to describe the level of arrogance and self entitlement by the manager of this place!!! And yes...they WILL just come into your room and try to throw you out without any just cause. The "manager" of this place needs to have a serious reality check. That hotels are in the hospitality business, not the "run a building into the ground, and threaten your customers" business! I WARN anyone, and I mean ANYONE looking for a place to rent...even for a night...keep going past this place! Or you'll live to regret it! This place is being run by a SLUM LANDLORD! Until someone checks this ahole, his reign of terror will never end!!
