Wow, where to start! We came in for my son’s graduation. When got there they said our credit card wouldn’t work and we had to use our debit card. (Sus) we then had to hurry to an event. Went to the room and put our stuff in and immediately knew we were uncomfortable but had to hurry so left our stuff and went about our day for a couple hours. After we got back we decided after looking closely that there was absolutely no way there was not a recent crime scene in the room we were in! The main door and bathroom door had both been locked in and they just pushed them back together and tried PAINTING OVER THE HUGE CRACKS where it had been kicked in! The beds had hairs on them and stains. It was disgusting. I then went to tell them we are going to go somewhere else and they got angry and tried saying they will just change our rooms. After finally agreeing with the girl upfront she called “the manager” who was so rude to me on the phone! I agreed to just pay for the one night because they already had our card info and I just want to get the hell away from that dump! That will be reimbursed through our bank once we get home! DO NOT STAY HERE! They will be getting a visit from the fire marshal as well as the health department in the night day. Hope it was worth it to them to be rude to the wrong one, ME!

I had pretty low expectations since this is basically a motel, but some how it's was worse than I thought. Rooms are filled with the smell of smoke which is impossible to wash out, there was no fire alarm, the microwave, fridge, and AC didn't even work, and there were bed bugs that the staff wouldn't get rid of. The manager is very rude and yells at people for even the most minor of things. It's honestly way too expensive for what you get, you're better off going to the extended stay across the street. Also, one of the 5 star reviews is literally from someone who works there, and I wouldn't be surprised if others are as well.

I’m so mortified right now and disgusted! I checked in at 1pm and was so tired from traveling I feel asleep and didn’t get to tour the room like I should have or I wouldn’t have brought my baby here! There’s pubes everywhere ! And long hair all in the bed there’s mold in the refrigerator! The ac is beyond cleaning now I’m lost what to do ! I don’t wanna bug the manager because the reviews said he’s mean and I’m already crying just holding my baby because it’s so horrible in here and I’m all alone !

What a dump. No smoke detectors. No clock. No phone. No over sink bathroom light. Leftover stuff still in refrigerator. The "the handicap accessible" room was not handicap friendly.

Worst service I've stumbled upon. Word of advice... you get more business when you're nice to your customers. Not when you upset them & then challenge them to see if they could get a refund on a no refund booking. I got my refund. Thank you very much.

This place was disgusting. I would give it zero stars. The man at the front guest was rude. We arrived on Thanksgiving day late. We called to let them know we would be arriving late. When we arrived, he was rude and irritated because he had to wait for us. We walked in the room and there was an awful musty stale smell in the room. The bathtub was dirty. The light fixture was exposed. Microwave was dirty. The furniture had dirty smears of who knows what on them. The pillow was dirty and the final uthing that put us over the top was what looked like vomit on the side of the bed. Needless to say we left within 15 minutes of bing there.

The property in general is very dirty and the staff inside the office are not friendly at all. They charged me 20 extra dollars to check in early which is ridiculous the guy behind the counter all he could keep telling me was don't smoke in the room don't smoke in the room. I was okay with it the first two times but when it hit about the 5th or 6th it was quite annoying. Especially when I come in my room and the whole room smells like an ashtray.

We were greeted with immediate rudeness . Was also told we needed a 100$ cash deposit when checking in (we had two rooms so 200$ cash) this was not listed anywhere and they already had our cards on file. Luckily we had cash. They did not take deposits like that from others checking in. They were nice to the older people checking in and out they are RUDE to younger people staying there. Our fridge had no door, the floors made our feet black, when we brought up the fridge they said they knew. Nothing was stocked toilet paper etc. No room change was offered no accommodations were made. Other reviews here are also saying that they feel they were treated rude do to a younger age as well. We walked in with smiles and were met with rude customer service. When checking out we were called back to our room where they accused us of having more than 4 per room (8 of us total two rooms 4 in each) we had to argue with her over that and they almost kept our deposit for "paint on the wall" i then took toilet paper and water to wipe the "paint" off the door frame. It was a makeup smudge they never attempted to clean. We are all adults ages 23-30 and were treated like children. The whole stay was sus do not recommend for younger people.
