Regency Inn-Mesa - Motel in Mesa - 1302 W Main St, USA

Roaches. Blood stains on the pillows. Towels stained and dirty. Bed sheets stained. Floors feel like they haven't been mopped properly. Poor cleaning. Under the sink know was some gunk and I didn't want to touch it anymore. Never going to stay here.

Fridge didn't work, bugs all over, price hiked after the customer service guy swore all taxes were included I showed up and it was sixty dollars more than quoted. Washing machines and dryer on the fritz. And the manager daily walked into my room while I was sleeping and yelled at me to clean.

Rooms were clean, staff has knowledgeable and kind, parking was close to there room, public transportation was literally out front, no pool, no gym, no breakfast. Would stay again. Would refer my friends to stay there.

Loving the new look of the property even rooms are nice and clean inside now.

Very quiet and clean and everyone here are very nice and helpful close to the light rail and buses and shopping and fast food.

It was alright,quiet,and all the people I met there were cool!

Its a nice place not to bad for what it could be just wish they had wifi

Very good place and the managers are wonderful and it's very convent for transportation bud and the radio
