Family-owned and operated with a very warm and friendly vibe. Rooms, parking lot, and outside are cleaned daily. Spacious rooms with basic amenities such as a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Cable TV (Cox) and wifi are available. After occupying a room for an extended time you feel like family here. Everyone is trying to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible with a smiling face and maybe a joke or two.

I came here with my family and rented two rooms. It’s a great spot, both rooms were clean and it was a great value for what we got. Showers were great, felt safe and great location near downtown Dodge City. Host was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

My husband and I stay there every other week for work purposes and it’s a great place to stay. Everyone is friendly, it’s quiet at night and very clean, plus the price is just right!!!

Great staff and rooms are good. Not a high-end hotel, so don't expect it. Nice quiet area away from hectic downtown. Anything you want is not far of a drive. Would stay again.

Good room. Really good price for weekly especially if you get pay cash Marshall will hook you up. 👍 rooms are clean house keeping everyday and very respectful of your belongings. You can receive mail and have good cable. Wifi is rough only when lots of guests but overall well

They have cameras on the bottom of the TV. This hotel is equivalent to a motel 6. For the price, one would expect at least a free breakfast.

The room we had had a big stain on the rug. Not sure what it was. The pictures they show in their add did not look like what we had. Looked like they were working on some areas of the Motel. Price we paid for two nights was way too high. Booked at other places that were less $ and better looking rooms. All in all it was an experience.

Hated staying here. The owner hiked his prices up and there is a weird smell that comes from the plant across the street. Only good thing about this place is the maid comes everyday. There is a bar in the same parking lot if you like to drink. No laundry service on the property. It seems you can haggle with the prices. The owner and family is nice enough but be willing to negotiate or pay exorbitant prices.
