Regency Inn & Suites - Hotel in Millington - 6315 Navy Rd, USA

They didn’t even bother really cleaning the room. The bed was made, but the floors and everything else was gross. There’s a huge crack/hole in the shower that’s covered in mold. We killed many roaches too. The towels didn’t even look clean and had stains on them. The sheets had several burn holes from cigarettes and such. The couch was disgusting and literally caving in. Definitely don’t recommend unless you are in an absolute pinch like we were.

I drove up to did no go in but was seeing if they were hiring and website is not fully set up for that

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. I understand it’s fairly cheap but the toilet wouldn’t flush. The heat was broken /constantly cycling. Basically ran all night. The faucet in the shower dripped. The wifi didn’t work at all. And it was the dirties room I’ve ever stayed in. Floors were filthy. Wouldn’t even get in the shower it was so gross looking. None smoking room was clearly a smoking room. Went to a nicer much nicer hotel for the same price 25 mins away.

Rooms aren't clean!!! Used Needles and pipes left in room!!! Mold and holes every where! Shower worked when it wanted to, fridge sounded like it was going to blow up! Kids running around cussing!

After a long day traveling we were tired and needed a shower. Unfortunately when we went to take a shower there was no hot water. We called the office and first was told to let it run a little and it would heat up, after I explained we did. The man told me that they were already aware of the issue and they have a plumber coming out in a few days. If we had been told this upfront we would have stayed elsewhere. They didn't offer a discount on our room or any type of compensation. Very poor excuse for a hotel.

Don't believe all you read. These reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. As I've mentioned in previous reviews the cost of the room should be taken in consideration. Hell...I was only charged $47.00 (including tax) for the night. I'm a truck driver and I stay in hotels in cities that I'm not familiar with on a constant basis (approximately five nights a month). When I read these reviews that run down a cheap hotel from people who rarely stay at hotels I shake my head and wonder what they expect for $40/night. ||||This is a small independent hotel in a poor town. It looks a little run down from the outside more due to the asphalt parking lot than anything else. The room was clean. It had all the typical amenities, ie. soap, linens, etc. but it also had a few things that I didn't expect for the rate charged like a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked great also. There is no continental breakfast.||||At check out I had a long chat with the owner about the hotel business. He was a nice Indian guy who said that he's in the process of upgrading the rooms one by one as money allows and I believe him. I will stop again in the future to see how that project is coming along.

It's a budget-friendly hotel, for sure. The housekeepers are amazing! There are very friendly guests who stay there regularly, for an extended period of time. Laundry on-site, vending machines have tons of options, located next door to a gas station, a convenient store, and a small restaurant/bar. Rooms are spacious and the walls aren't too thin

My first stay at this site was met with great disappointment. My first visit in Millington and my first time at the Hotel was met with great despair. I felt that the manager did not take care of me as the customer. My room was dirty, the refrigerator was dripping of water and the door wide open, the bathroom was smelling of urine...I could not believe it. I have never encountered such poor service. He was kind enough to give me another room however, I had to go to the Dollar store and purchase cleaning material to clean the bathroom and the floor. The sheets were never changed from my first night there and we did not receive fresh linen or towels or a made bed after the second night. I have attempted to contact Siruck (Manager) but, he did not return my call and also they chareged me from when I placed a reservation on the 31st of August from Indiana. They charged me for a day I had not arrived there as yet. I arrived on |September the 2nd. I am devistated to have been treated this way and not be reimbursed for a mistake that this company has made. I will not let this rest until I am reimbursed for what is right!|
