Regency Inn & Suites - Motel in Macon - 4951 Eisenhower Pkwy, USA

when i first got into the room and looked around they had roaches crawling around the walls and furniture. the pull out couch had stains on it . paint stains on the sheets. material from the wall were tearing off. i stayed there 4 days and every night i woke up itching . on the day i was checking out the cleaning lady came in to clean the room and when she pulled the sheets off the bed she saw a bunch of bed bugs. i dont recommend staying there. the owner is rude

Stayed one night here, very clean kept up property, older but kept up and clean rooms, clean linens. Story - I mistakenly left a large sum of money in room and left only to remember many hours later. I panic called Regency and a friendly agent looked in the room and located my money. Employee then said he would contact Manager and that he would call me back. Not 10 minutes later I received call from Hemanshu Patel. This man stopped what he was doing and immediately went to bank to send me my money back as I was hours away and couldn’t make it back. I mean who would do that in this day & age… He really restored my faith in humanity! Thank you so much Regency team, I will be back and recommend to others!

Absolutely horrible. First after checking in we walk by the ice room to find a $ex you. How disgusting 🤮 to go up to our room and see roaches run as we turn the lights on. We told the man about what we found and the roaches he apologized and got us another room. The toy was picked up but still gross. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bedding felt dirty. We didn’t even bring our stuff in. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. STAY AWAY

They always look out for me and my grandson, they make sure we be in the front where it very safe been there with a child, Thanks

Don't recommend!! I called to ask if someone would be available to check me in if i was there late at night for check in... they guarantee someone would be there if not they have a phone to reach employee. Well no one was there and no one answered the phone, i tried several times. Crappy service!!

Extremely friendly staff clean rooms, property and landscape well kept.plenty of security cameras they are monitored 24/7 a little pricey but worth it for a peice of mind . Beds could use new mattresses. Pet friendly only $10 per pet. No size limit. Highly recomend

It was the most awful experience I’ve ever had at an “inn”. The front desk lady was okay. She asked if I wanted a non-smoking room and I said “uh, yeah” in an “obviously” kind of voice. Wasn’t expecting to be asked that. Might as well have said smoking because even just unlocking my door, I smelled smoke and mold smell permeating out the door. I was approached by a weird man as I was walking to my door asking me weird questions that I would absolutely not know the answers to, like where his friend was. Lots of weird people loitering around. The smell of my room was unbearable. The toilet seat was broken. Fridge came out of the wall. The bottom of the bathroom door was broken. Rusty toilet holder, rusty everything. Only thing that looked clean was the sink and maybe the towels. Shower curtain had stains that looked like old blood. Had a bug crawl onto my pillow at some point. Hoped for the best. Was on a long road trip and was really hoping to just crash, but as a small and young female, I felt so unsafe with the loud voices that continued into early morning hours. I think the same person kept squealing out of the parking every 10 minutes for about an hour and knocking on the door right next to mine, clearly dealing drugs. The walls are so thin so the smell of cigarettes never left which bothered my asthma. The front door did not fit the frame and had about a 2cm crack on the right side. Since I was on the bottom floor, and the door and walls were so thin, it felt everyone was in the room with me. Just days later I am covered all over in itchy bed bug bites, hoping I didn’t track any of it home. Please do not trust the pictures or any site saying this is a good stay. Trust your gut and just walk away. I’m on a very low budget but even I would have walked away if I had known what I was getting into. I got maybe two hours of sleep tops, and even those were restless and anxious. At least the AC worked but it was so loud I had it off for a bit so I could hear my surroundings, but then of course it got unbearably hot. Just stay away. The place should be shut down. Luckily I didn’t hear any huge fights but there were definitely arguments. It’s a place for crime, not for sleep.

The staff were all so polite and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. Great family atmosphere. The one employee was particularly friendly and my kids loved playing with her kids. It added to our stay for sure 👍
