Regency Inn - Motel in Memphis - 3230 S 3rd St, USA

Property owners and all the office staff are excellent and have treated us like family since we have been here. Any issues have been tended to immediately Rooms are very clean up to date and are in the process of being remodeled. I am staying in a newly remodeled room and it's very nice. Property is well maintained and there are up to date security cameras everywhere on the property. . A nice place where you can have peace of mind.

This place was horrible and the customer service was awful,the bed spread was not a spread it was an old table cloth and the floor was coming up as if it had water damage and the room had roaches, there was only one face cloth and trying cloth and the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest again not a good place to visit

Just called this motel to ask the price of the rooms and guy answered the phone and said no he’s not renting me a room because he knows who I am but that was really my first time calling there I mean how could he tell who I am over the phone this person has very bad customer service smh I’ll never call there again because he doesn’t know me I’ve never even stayed there before I’ll advise nobody to because this doesn’t make any since to say he knows me when he hasn’t even seen my face smh sad people bad customer service ‼️

Cheap rooms and no bugs there. Managers are nice and if you stay a few nights they usually will work with you.

These rooms very clean all rooms are renowned big flat screen tv i have a pleasant stay.

They had too many bugs in the room they where crawling on the mirror the tv and the toilet... I will never stay there again... The room was clean just too many bugs
