Regency Inn - Motel in Fern Park - 7400 S US Hwy 17 92, USA

Though the staff was very friendly & rm rate was reasonable, the room wasn't very clean. First visit, upstairs rm was ok. 2nd visit, a downstairs rm, the floor was dirty & had roaches in room. Staff took care if me very quickly & efficiently.

Place is a dump. I was first greeted by a German cockroach running across the bathroom counter. I turned the water in the shower on, all the way, and it only got tepid until I was halfway through, then it warmed up a bit. It was so slow to drain, I was standing in my own dirty water. Eww! And they didn't even have a hair dryer!

I stayed here for one night & for $88 per night with NO deposit, it wasnt too too bad. It isnt thr Marriot or anything but it was good enough for a shower, peace & quiet & a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again & would also recommend.

Filled with roaches. The owner will call the cops if you mention them. Asked for room service and was denied after 3 months. Giant language barrier. They couldn't understand anything but "how much is rent". Absolute disgusting people. I wish I could share the photo of howany roaches are inside of this place no matter what I do to treat them. The Internet is bad I can't even watch YouTube after 4 hours of loading.

A roach infested dump. More folks living there than traveling guests. Not a place I'll ever go back to. Vending machines are broken, no other facilities on site, in fact they keep the front door locked, so not even a lobby. All contact with the staff is through a walk up window exposed to the elements. Priceline described it as a two and a half stars, if I could, I'd have given it just a half a star. Barely better than sleeping in my car. Just hope I don't bring any of the bugs home with me.

Horrible! Bad neighborhood, very shady people hanging in parking lot. Room was filthy. Old towels were left in bathroom. The tub and shower curtain was so dirty, we couldn't shower. Water was only lukewarm anyhow. Holes in the walls, lampshades and light bulbs missing. No phone. No vending machines. Our room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day we were there. No fresh towels. No shampoo/conditioner offered. Office was said to be manned 24/7 but to no avail when I called at 730 am. They never answered. They have a No Pets sign on the office door but, on our last night, there was a dog barking in the hallway at 11 pm. Iw was, by far, the worst experience we ever had!

Dirty room with cockroaches everywhere, in the microwave, in the bathroom and the drawers. Holes in the curtains and bed sheets. You wouldn't want to put your barefoot on the floor nor put your dress in the drawers. My son however seemed to like the firm bed.

Man this place had me in shock. Stayed here for 1 week All the reviews are TRUE.. they violate so many rules n regulations & THEY CONSIDER THIS THEYRE HOME!!! I came prepared with cameras… when u are not in ur room THEY WILL COME IN AND STEAL! Ive watched them do other people’s so dirty I feel so bad. & when they came into my room i started speaking through the camera & they left right away scared. Prior to this they’re son asked about MY WORK SCHEDULE to see when im gonna be in my room im guessing…I TOLD THEM NO CLEANING SERVICE (which the maids are relatives and also live there)… then they tried saying “MANDATORY cleaning service” .. place is unbelievable be VERY SAFE HERE
