Regency Inn - Motel in Rolla - 1631 Martin Springs Dr, USA

We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was exceptional considering we stayed on a Saturday night and the room was quite, clean and had extra towels. Front desk was pleasant amd accommodating. The shower was hot and beds were comfortable. Anyone complaining about this place wasn't aligning the price with expectations which is sad and ignorant. Highly recommend to anyone.

I DO NOT recommend staying here. They got ROACHES. Tried to Stay there last week (8/9/24) and it was a BIG NO. Our first room (36) looked hardly touched from people before, the front desk person had to let us in our room every time because the card reader didn’t work at the door. The smoked detector was ripped out of the wall, air conditioning unit was barely hanging on the the wall, the list goes on. After less than 30 minutes I told him it wasn’t going to work and needed something else so they “upgraded” us to room 37. It was a bit better. Not much cleaner, toilet paper was pretty much empty, dust everywhere. The COCKROACH is what sent us over the end. We had to get out of there after that. Thankfully they gave us full refund without hassle. We ended up across the street at a much nicer hotel.

This place rides the border of "maybe I shouldn't stay here" and "it'll be fine". There was a lady passed out in her truck in front of our room non responsive, several people "smoking" outside. But also have blue collar workers and clean rooms. beds were clean and comfortable, AC was cold, not terrible for a quick sleep before continuing our trip.

Price is for what you get. Door doesn't shut good, has gap all around it. The beds felt like had sand in them, had to clean off to use. No pillow cases on pillows. I read the reviews on priceline before booked. They were misleading. After did more searching found reviews from past and i agree with most of them were acurate about place being run down. Maybe tje owners 5 years ago were good but not now. I wouldn't recomend even leave my dog here as a kennal for boarding!

The good: Room was clean, everything was looking good. Ease of getting there, as it is right off the interstate and easy to get to. Lots around it.|The Bad: Not a great look, Air conditioning had a hole that you could see outside to. Shower was leaking badly from the faucet. In bad need of repairs.

Decent for its price range. I would stay again. Parking right outside my room. Large room. Small bathroom. Bare minimum on towels. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Basically clean but the lower bathroom door and tub baseboard could have used extra scrubbing. Linen on the second night had stains and I had to pick off a small tangle of hair. I dropped the TV remote and the back fell off and spun under the bed. The cleaning staff didn't put it back on so I assume they don't sweep under the bed after every customer though the floor looked very clean. No carpet, which I liked. (I did let the desk know about the remote.) Don't rely on a wakeup call being on time. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I was not sure about the place when we first pulled up. Once inside the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom could have used some more cleaning. I didn't enjoy someone else's hair on the shower wall and the bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped down for a long time. But overall it was fine for a quick one night stay.

Stayed here every weekend for several months as a traveling healthcare worker. The owners are super nice and I truly felt they cared about my comfort and convenience. The room had everything I needed-comfortable bed, good bathroom, microwave and fridge. It was always very clean. The location was good, close to work and also restaurants and stores. My contract is done but if I'm ever in the area again, I know where I will stay! Tried several other places in the area and couldn't find the balance of reasonable rate and comfort I've enjoyed here.
