I have lived here going on 5 years. It has been a very enjoyable time. Maintenance is great. The common areas are kept very clean. There are lots of amenities,library,game room, gym, theater room, business center, indoor pool, courtyard with a pond, a punting green, a great room and much more. Anyone will enjoy living here!
Looking for a place for my parents I stumbled across this gem! I had been searching for a year visiting many places but Alta at Regency Crest exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, the apartments are modern looking and the grounds well kept. The staff has been awesome! Especially Tai the manager. She has been a pleasure to work with and so personable. I believe my parents will be in good hands when they move here and I am grateful!😊
We are new residents moving in in June 2023. The process has been amazing. The office staff were outstanding. The property and tenants were so welcoming and I felt like this is we're my husband and I want to be our forever home. Thank you for holding my hand and heart through it all can't wait to start making our home at Alta Regency Crest. Thank you Tye and Eve for all you have done us.
I love living at Alta at regency crest. I would recommend it to anybody as a great place to live. Today they had a great cookout for the 4th we had fish in the number of other dishes. I had a great time and I really love living here. I have been here for 4 years and I decided to renew my lease for another year.
Eve and Tai are great! From the 1st time I met them, it was a pleasure. Both ladies are friendly and warm definitely a great reflection of the beautiful community. They both made me feel welcome and explained all the amenities offered at the community.
The community is gorgeous and clean, very luxurious. The residents are very active and engaged.

Just attended their Tuesday Treats and along with the usual juice, mixed fruits, sweet breads I enjoyed scrambled eggs, bacon and croissants. What a treat one of many activities provided monthly!

Alta at Regency is a beautiful complex with an outstanding management and maintenance team. They are a pleasure to work with and extremely attentive and communicative. Alexis and her team ensure that If anything needs to be cared for on the property, it is done timely with care and professionalism. As a professional vendor myself, I have had the pleasure to work with the team on several occasions and cannot say enough positive things. I would definitely recommend Alta at Regency Crest, Alexis, and her team, you will not be disappointed.
Alta at Regency Crest is the best senior living community in Ellicott City. The management team and maintenance staff are 10+. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. The amenities are abundantly more than other senior apartments. Many of my neighbors have lived here almost since it was built. Truly this is a place you can call home.
