The main reason in this plaza is the Publix grocery store.. Which is always very clean... Ample parking... The staff is usually very friendly and helpful..
The personnel are amazing, I was surprised by the latest and greatest tech they have, the most important thing is that all the doctors are excellent.
Publix the store I love and hate at the same time. I love the customer service it's amazing. The employees are caring and actually help. What I hate is their prices. Higher than any other supermarket to the point where I simply refuse to pay their prices sometimes I just leave without buying anything and go to another store.

I’m rating the actual shopping center which couldn’t be more convenient for locals but this may be the top candidate for the worst parking lot design I’ve ever experienced. Clearly there were zero urban planning or spacial management skills employed here. Be warned - vehicle and pedestrian ‘issues’ are commonplace here.
I Shots in boutiques at Regency Square are very unique and if you’re looking for something beautiful or casual to wear you should definitely check out the boutiques. There are so many different types of shops from jewelry making to kids adventures to karate to take food to Kandy and boutiques are gorgeous with home goods women’s clothing evening gowns! nice shopping center. has a very large and well stocked Publix market. the restaurants here are pretty good... they range from a BBQ place to a sit down deli. overall, a good place for us to shop and walk around.
