Regal Inn Ponca City - Motel in Ponca City - 301 S 14th St, USA

This is a cheap hotel. BUT for the price it’s excellent. It has been rehabbed recently, and everything is extremely clean. I would have no hesitation staying here any time I just needed to go to sleep.

When we arrived and walked in the room we were so tired or we would have WALKED AWAY! The table between the beds was completely broken, the TV we could get on BUT NO VOLUME remote didn't work so we asked for a new one so we could hear TV only to be told NO! Said they were sold out however we were the only vehicle in the parking lot. Had all the setup for coffee ie: coffee;cream sugar etc. But no pot. $75 WHEN THE CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!!

The rooms was remodeled but there was no coffee pot or end tables and the lady at the desk was rude

I spent my time here work related. I found this hotel which had plenty of rooms available which was a good thing. However I'll will advise to look carefully at the pictures because they can be deceiving. Example in the pictures it looks like a nice room, but once you're in there you can tell all they did was a touch up. My restroom door wouldn't close and had to be forced shut. So even you had to push really hard to get it open again. The sheets hardly ever got replaced, maybe once every 2 weeks and that's even if. Most of the time they never re-stocked towels and toilet paper. Will I stay here again? Most likely not but if you're in a budget this place is ok.

The room that my husband and I had was okay. Wasn't impress with the guy who runs it. When I inquired about a shower chair for the shower he was belligerent. He then told me in his snotty tone that we would have to buy one. I thought that hotels are suppose to have equipment to help those who are disabled. I thought it is a law. We are currently at a hotel who treat us like family. We were going back to the Regal Inn cause of the cost and my husband called ahead to see if they have any rooms available. The gentleman told my husband that they did and and it was only available for 2 days. We were going to do it but he started to ask me if we had a game plan for after the 2 days and then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to give us a room. We had to go back to the hotel that we were staying at. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Not even my family. I think the owner of that hotel should consider reevaluate the guy who manages it. He needs to be replaced asap

Paid $80 after being told on the phone it would cost $60 only to find bedbugs and roaches upon arrival (along with stained linens but I kind of expected that). When asked for a refund with pictures and videos of this, we were harshly denied.

Decent price, but overall not a pleasant experience. The man next door smoked constantly with his foot open, so it was constantly filtering into our room via the air conditioning/heating unit right next to his door. The room was decent BUT they did not even use proper bedding. Bathroom was okay. Motel as a whole left a lot to be desired.

This motel was the cleanest, nicest, most peaceful motel by far that I stayed at this week. I’m house hunting and spent 6 days at different budget friendly motels, some were so bad my feet stuck to the floor, and other things I won’t mention but Regency Motel of Ponca city was not only clean that it actually smelled clean, I could tell as soon as I walked in and the smell of cleanliness was real, it wasn’t trying to cover up moldy smells this motel was truly the cleanest motel I have been at, that’s why I wanted to write this review to let any of you know who are looking for a budget friendly motel, you can walk barefoot in their rooms and not be fearful of sticky floors and the smell of their laundry detergent, it was just so clean that when I started my car in the morning, the housekeeping room was close by and my car vents pulled in The smell of their fresh laundry detergent, on top of that this room was totally redone remodeled with modern features and pretty tile there was a refrigerator microwave and the TV worked and it was big enough to actually watch, if you’re looking for a budget friendly motel without getting ripped off I just want to report that this is the best motel I have been out all week and I will certainly Choose this motel every single time I come to Ponca City I got my moneys worth here on top of that very friendly staff
