I recently had the pleasure of staying at Regal Inn & Suits and I cannot sing its praises enough! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The accommodations were impeccable. My room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated, but it was also meticulously clean. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the crisp linens to the luxurious toiletries provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was the friendly greeting at check-in or the prompt response to any request, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. It's clear that this establishment takes great pride in providing top-notch hospitality, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. We had a great experience as we were traveling from 13 hours and badly needed an early check inn they provided us room was great service was awesome and location was also not bad since it was only 10min to subway station. We took Subway and went everywhere and came back without any issues. Much recommend.

It did the job... I guess? I stayed here for the location. Right off of Prince Street (lots of restaurants nearby!) and a short walk to Flushing-Main St. Station. The bathroom was quite dirty. You could see stains on the walls and build up in the corners. Showering didn't feel great. The toilet paper roll also fell off the holder often, which was annoying and unsanitary. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets were cheap and way too thin. I had to request for more blankets! I'm a heavy sleeper, but the walls are not well insulated. I could hear people in the hallways talking... And I was shocked to see the CLEANING STAFF would be talking loudly over the phone or playing loud music. Ironic, since the fromt desk had a sign that said "No loud music allowed". Before leaving and checking out, I requested to store my luggage with them for the afternoon. Funny enough - they guided me to a random storage closet on the second floor of the building... Just casually put my luggage in there with a bunch of random things (broken chairs, old tables, etc). This did the job, but super odd and random.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RESERVATIONS. I booked this hotel to go to an event at the Tennis Center. 10 days prior they canceled my reservation saying they were doing renovations they could upgrade me to $1,600 a night room, if I paid that price. I had to scramble to find a different hotel. Suddenly the day I was supposed to arrive, they charged my CC saying they now had rooms at the price I had booked.

I recently stayed came here for a solo trip, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable.

Terrible service. DO NOT BOOK. they canceled our reservation 10 days before our trip to NYC for my brother's graduation. We are stranded now with no where to go while it seems that all of NYC is already booked. RUN AWAY from this pathetic excuse of a hotel. Probably a scam hotel.

I typically do not leave poor reviews but wanted to save someone from making the mistake I made and dodge this place. Please do not book this hotel out of convenience or to save an extra $100.00, because it was an insanely poor decision. First of all, they charged me prior to my arrival to check in, which is not how I was informed the transaction would happen. I do not understand or agree with the reviews that say that the location is safe… it really is not. The building is surrounded by dumpsters/sewage and alleyways and the overall vibe of the area and the property itself is very ominous and bizarre. The rooms were poorly lit and the hotel lacked signage, so it took my boyfriend and I ten minutes just to figure out how to exit. This alone is a safety hazard. Those things would likely have been a dealbreaker for me, but what made us leave was the fact that they did not have reliable WiFi (something I needed for a mandatory meeting). Their servicer did not even show up in any of my phone’s available networks so I’m assuming it’s nonexistent or inaccessible to guests. The front desk associates seemed very disengaged and honestly seemed to not care less for the inconveniences. All in all, the experience just cost me more money and stress. Spend the extra hundred or so dollars and get a nicer, safer hotel in the city.

The hotel is extremely new and just opened a month ago so the rooms were really clean and actually quite spacious. One of the front desk people was pretty nice while the other one not so much. What's annoying is they charge you a fee if you book from other websites which I've never encountered from any other hotels before so that was a pain. But otherwise location is decent and the hotel is quite nice.
