Under new management. Updated look. Remodeled rooms with a fresh look and warm welcoming feeling. The new owners/ managers have really cleaned the place up Staff is very friendly. Big change in clientele and atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place if you are just traveling through town or need a place to stay for a couple of weeks. Fairly priced. Fire pit, outdoor propane and charcoal grills for anyone to use. Corn hole boards, volleyball, horseshoes, frisbee golf and bad mitten as well as a relaxing patio area where guests gather and have a good time.

This motel really does a great job of making you feel welcomed. The rooms are reasonably priced and dogs are allowed. There's also corn hole and cookouts. It's not a swanky hotel, but it's a really nice place to stay.

This I a terrible hotel. It's sticks and there are roaches. They double charge you if they make a mistake. The TV didn't work and they gave me a remote that didn't work after I told them the TV didn't work. There were people living there with loud children so you will get no sleep at all,and you'll have no TV to drown it out with. The people were very unprofessional. I work out of town at work so I've stayed at many hotels, this one was the worst of all. The rooms, no stars. The service, no stars. Location wise, there is an awesome hotel down the street that a million times better and had a great price range. There fair and good. These people need to go back to hospitality school and get rid of the dead animals in there walls....lol..I mean STINK!!!

This is a older property that is very well maintained. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable, the water pressure is good, the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, & a comfortable chair. Heat/AC and wifi worked great! Phil (the owner) and his team are extremely nice and VERY accommodating. I read some poor reviews. We travel A LOT, and have stayed in some very sub par places, this is not one of them. There are things that have not been renovated so if you're a 'Marriot' type of person, you may be disappointed with some of the outdated facilities BUT THEY ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. I had no issues with charges/payment and it's VERY reasonable. We have stayed twice and will stay here every time we are in the area. Thanks Phil/girls for a great stay!!

This place is horrible. I work out of town and stay at many hotels/motels. When I went to check in(2 nights) the front desk clerk charged me for 1 night. I said to her this is the price for 1 night and she assured me that it was the price for 2 nights. When I got to the room I noticed there was no remote. I got a remote from the desk and of course it didn't work. They said they had no other remotes. The bathroom was nasty. The room had a stench. When I went to turn my room key in after my 2nd night they charged me for the extra day I was never charged. Not only did they charge me when I was assured that was the right price, they tried charging me more money! Wow. Talk about incompetent people. How is this place even still in business?

Ok let's keep in mind, you are not at a high society facility paying $300 a night even though rooms are having similarities to one another. This hotel has been around for 41 years that I'm aware of. Staff are very friendly and huge animal lovers. Rooms are very clean. No critters in your rooms but it is in a country setting so don't be discouraged if a field mice sneaks in from time to time to get warm. And those critters are only getting in because you left the door open. There is a farm within walking distance during certain seasons that have special events going on that's very kid friendly. And it's a location right off 70 in between Columbus and Newark so you can have the luxury of both areas small town hick town atmosphere or big city lights depending if you are willing to travel. This hotel is under new ownership which btw congrats to the owners and I'm hearing as well that it will be getting a make over aka remodeled in the near future. So have some patience with them when things are a mess because we all love seeing the final stunning results of something that just got a new look.

AWFUL. My family and I were driving across 70 and had been driving for about 15 hours. This was the first hotel we had seen a sign for and our eyes were burning we just wanted to rest for like an hour because we had babies and a dog in the car. My husband goes in and get us a room we could bring the dog in and then meets us at the car, I get out and walk in to check the beds before we go in because I ALWAYS check for bed bugs. I lifted up the mattress and underneath was a needle. I was absolutely disgusted. I turned around and walked out the door I told my husband I was ready to leave I was not taking my babies in there. He went to the front and told the guy who had given us the room what had happened. He was very nice and he did say he would refund us the money for the room and apologized. He said he swiped the card but it should take a few days to get back on. This happened on December 1st. We have yet to get our money back. I have been dealing back and forth with the bank trying to get them to dispute the charge but since he didn’t give us a refund receipt there isn’t much they can do. I would never recommend this place!!!

I thought this place was a typical road side diner but it is more than that- There is a great menu with steak, seafood and specials made from scratch. All of their salad dressings are made in house and they have a full bar. Service was great even on
