What’s the point of having an after hours number for emergencies if they gonna tell you that you still have to wait til the next morning for something to be fixed? I have 2 clogged drains and the guy didn’t care at all and told me I had to wait til the morning. So they want you to shower and use the bathroom with clogged drains. Health department needs to come to this place and fast cause people like us that’s paying so much to stay here shouldn’t have to live in these conditions considering how much they charging to stay here. It’s ridiculous and I will be in contact with the BBB and the health department myself cause something better needs to be done.

Room was decent, and cheap compared to other long term stay motels. Would stay again if needed. No issues with bugs of any kind. Maintaince was called and fixed the issue immediately. No issues with any neighbors, our stay was quite. Saw police do the routine drive through. But didn't witness any problems. Our stay was comfortable...

I stayed there until a better place was in the making. There was a $100 security deposit and $290 a week. Pros were it was a bed a shower and door that closed, front office were nice. I mean they do what they can, but on 99 percent of things their hands are tied. Cons, the massive infestation of cockroaches, bed bugs, and other bugs don't split the rent. A gust of wind can blow the door open. It was kicked in at one point and it looks like it was fixed with duck tape. The room above had a leak from the toliet or shower. It leaked onto our ceiling below. The said room, destroyed the drywall ceiling and walls. The company left them for 4 months to grow mold and nasty fuzzy stuff. The room door has a 1.5 up to 3 inch gap on the bottom which lets whatever crawl in. Everything is way outdated so if you can afford to stay elsewhere, do so but again at $290 a week, u get a what you pay for.

Air Went Out With Me Having Asthma I Told Them That Now I Have To Wait Hours If Not Days For Air

It's not a good motel it's just a dump mold in the rooms and can't change rooms unless you pay 250.00 transfer fee not friendly and bed bugs

I just moved in here and I am satisfied with the space I have. New carpet and clean!!! A place I will call home for a while. Very quiet and peaceful day or night. Even weekends. The office staff are very very nice and understanding of my needs!!!

If you need a place to go on a short notice, this is definitely the place to go. The staff is very friendly. The woman at night was so nice. She gave us a tour and showed us our options. She made sure it was clean and everything in working order, very informative about maintenance. There are no pest, no one just hanging around looking sketchy, I have seen police just patrol around making sure every thing is ok. It also has weekly rates, seriously the cheapest in town. I thought it was going to look run down and old on the inside and it actually looks pretty nice and decent. Totally recommend.

We stayed in a room that had a very bad leak under the sink. The carpet got very wet and they didn't fix it the whole time. I went to the office 3 times to tell them it was leaking and after it rained it leaked even worse. The smell was HORRIBLE. They just dont care. My fiance and me got very sick and left early of course no refund. Left room in good shape other than nasty wet Mildred carpet. Never stay there again
