Would definitely CALL this place before booking. Major remodeling, loud jack hammers, lots of noise 8am-5pm five days a week. Now we're told our water will be shut off for 10 days !!!! Condos not rooms and no housekeeping.

Nice quite side of the Clearwater area just a quick 12 minute ride south. I think there's like 8 parking spots so on the busy season you may be hard pressed to find a spot. No showers or bathrooms here but it's worth it. If you prefer less of a crowd
