We had a wonderful experience at Reen's. The house is beautiful and our room was very comfy. Despite the heat wave outside, the air conditioner in our room had been turned on before we got there, so we were nice and cool. Reen is a fabulous host and you can tell she really enjoys people. We would definitely recommend her B&B to everyone!
Reen has been hosting my family for 15 years, always welcoming my child from a very young age. She's personable, caring, and considerate. Reen's home is beautiful and perfectly located to all I've needed in Rochester. I like traditional bed and breakfasts and am very happy to continue staying at Reen's.
Wonderful stay!! Reen was able to take us in late after a disaster of a booking with a "boutique" hotel in the city. It was all meant to be as we had a lovely stay and great breakfast in the morning. Reen was a delight, even clued us in the lilac festival that we had a great time at before leaving the city. House has been immaculately upkept. Definitely a future stay if we're ever in Rochester again.
Staying at a bed and breakfast for the first time was a refreshing change from our usual budget-friendly hotel stays. We made the decision to try out this different lodging option due to the sky-high prices of hotels during the eclipse period. The host at the B&B, Reen, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
One of the standout moment of our stay was when Reen asked us about our breakfast time preferences upon check-in. We decided on a 7:30 am breakfast time, and the next morning, we were pleasantly surprised by a sumptuous spread waiting for us. The presentation of the coffee, juice, and beautifully cooked eggs could rival even the most luxurious hotel breakfasts.
What truly set this B&B experience apart was the personal touch and warm hospitality we received from Reen. We didn't feel like mere guests; rather, we felt like part of a welcoming family. Reen's genuine care and attention to detail made all the difference in creating a memorable and comfortable stay for us.
If you're looking for a unique and heartwarming accommodation experience, 'Reen's Bed and Breakfast' is a fantastic choice. Reen herself is a gem of a host - warm, kind, and always ready to greet you with a smile. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt at ease and provided top-notch hospitality throughout our stay there. Staying at Reen's B&B is not just about the cozy rooms or delicious breakfast; it's about the personal connection and care that truly make it a standout choice for travelers seeking a more personal touch in their lodging experience.
The experience we had at Reen’s was exceptional. The house was lovely, breakfast was great and filling, and the hospitality was top notch. The home is beautiful and Reen made us feel like family in from out of town. We got a great dinner recommendation and enjoyed visiting with other guests over breakfast. The rates are very reasonable and it is high value. Reen accommodated dietary needs with no fuss and was a thoughtful host. This will be our first choice when staying in the area.
This was the best hospitality experience we’ve ever had in the Rochester area. Finding lodging over RIT’s graduation weekend was seemingly impossible — and I had started looking the previous December. Everything was booked. And then I googled Bed and Breakfasts in Rochester and landed on Reen’s. What a stroke of luck! Reen is like your favorite aunt, full of good-humored conversation, with a gift for cooking and plenty of local tips on area events. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, located on the second floor of an early 20th-century home with lots of homey charm. We went with two of our children and stayed in two of her rooms for three nights, enjoying generous breakfasts and chats with her and the other guests while lingering over the last cup of coffee. In short, there’s no going back. From now on we’ll be staying at Reen’s.
Reen's Bed & Breakfast is a wonderful warm and inviting place to stay. My dog (a very energetic husky puppy) was able to stay in my room and play in her yard as well. She (Reen) made the most delicious homemade breakfasts! The house has beautiful hardwood and is so very charming inside and out. We enjoyed our breakfast on the outdoor porch. The location is close to so many nearby attractions. Close to shopping, the beach, the city square, the fingerlakes, and so much more! The rates are very reasonably priced. (Especially when traveling with a dog) I highly recommend staying here and will definitely make sure to stay here again!
Reen was the most wonderful host in Rochester! My daughter and I had the most beautiful breakfasts and shared lots of fun stories every day. Reasonably priced and close to all the things downtown without feeling your in the city. I would stay at Reen's every time I'm in Rochester!!
I recently booked a stay at Dartmouth House for my boss and co-worker traveling for business. The booking process was quick and easy and they have nice pictures of the rooms available. They were also easy to work with when we needed to adjust the sta
