Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and daughter in August. The pool and beach area had lots of seating and a cool vibe with beachy music. Carlos at the pool bar was super attentive and we loved the lights and firepits on the beach at night. There are 3 restaurants along with food you can order from the bar. Every room has a spacious balcony. It was a great spot and would stay there for sure again!.

Had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out zero complaints. Rooms are well appointed, staff is helpful friendly & knowledgeable, plenty of seating at the pool & beach. The restaurant is exceptional. We had three meals there & one was better than the next. I will definitely return.

We are a local couple who loves to leave home and spend long weekends in peaceful resorts and getting a way. We work hard, and our careers are demanding, so for that reason, we need time to ourselves. Was our first time here. We LOVED it!!!! The service is amazing, and the crowd is family oriented yet fun at all times. We will be back with our 5 kids very soon.

If I could give this resort more stars, I would. Our stay here was an amazing few days of top notch service, friendly & accommodating staff, nicely appointed rooms & a beautiful, well maintained property. The pool & beach area has plenty of seating, helpful staff & tiki guts if you prefer shade. On site dining is exceptional. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

We just returned from a wonderful stay the Reefhouse Resort & Marina. To start with, it is about an hour and a half south of the Miami airport, depending on traffic. Upon arrival, we were greeted by wonderful staff who informed us that we received an upgrade to our room. We were also welcomed with a refreshing tropical punch and chocolate chip cookies. Before we headed to our room, we were handed a welcome bag with two glasses and a small bottle of bubbly. Nice touch! A short walk later and we were at our room, suite #120. What an amazing room! It was spacious and overlooked the pool area. The resort grounds were very clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and surrounding beach area. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. The resort manager contacted us daily to make sure our stay was going well. There is a small fitness center with mostly cardio equipment and a spa in the next room. We did not frequent either on our short getaway. This is a great place for families, couples or anyone looking for a romantic getaway. Book now!

This is the almost perfect hotel. I really liked it, yet it fell short of 5 on every score. Beautiful room, but the layout was very weird. I upgraded to a suite when I asked to have a separate bedroom because my son goes to bed early, I was given room 200, huge, with a full kitchen, with a loft inside with bunk beds on top, but .. the bed is right by the room door, so the whole purpose was defeated. This hotel is on the expensive side, yet room service took a whole while and me complaining to go by. They're there right now, so I can't comment on their skills. Toiletries are great smelling, and the huge kitchen is a big plus for me with a small child, but the balcony points to US 1. It's noisy and not very nice, small, uncomfortable. The beach is cute but kinda nasty looking with all the algae. The pool is awesome, but too cold. I did not find out about the restaurant and food options, but I think there're many. Almost perfect, like I said, but not quite.

Upon check in, my family was upgraded from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite at no extra charge. Everyone working there was friendly, the resort is well taken care of. Beautiful pool and beach, and they had parking for my boat at the north end parking lot. The boat ramp at the resort is somewhat of a challenge as it's curvy backing in, and is very steep and slippery. Jetski, kayak, and boat rentals at the resort. Great place to take your family. Gorgeous sunsets too. We will definitely be coming back.

We were the first to arrive out of a group of (14). I paid for a Bay view. But got a view of Gus Grill and Jet Skis 2nd fl.. I contacted the front desk to see if I could be accommodated to a higher floor or room with a better view. The young lady said “No”. Almost 2 hours later our friends started to arrive. My main issue was someone who paid for a basic room received an upgrade to room 100. The pool bar staff Carlos and Roderick were AMAZING. Checking out I reviewed my bill and noticed that there were two charges that I wasn’t aware of. The Lady at the counter states “ Those are for the drinks at the bar”. I stated I didn’t have drink at the bar on this particular day. She retrieved the receipts from the office and realized it didn’t belong to me. The second receipt was the same outcome. The charges were removed, but her attitude went from polite to unpleasant. This is our second year staying here, as the birthday girl likes it here.. But this was our last. The rooms and showers are out dated and definitely overpriced for what they look like.
