Service maintenance people are most excellent and do the very best. We are having a problem with refrigerator that they cannot resolved. Lost a freezer full of meat. The first time was my fault. I hope we can get this problem resolved.

Katie was a pleasure to deal with. She answered all our questions during the tour and never made us feel rushed. She was kind enough to answer more questions that I emailed to her the next day. We are excited about the possibility of moving into a Redwood Apartment Neighborhood!

Replaced blind slats and furnace filter. Took picture of crack in shower floor and we have another appointment for repair next week. Job well done.

Lackluster apartments that are cheaply constructed. Was never able to use my dishwasher and always had to dry things 2-3 times. Maintenence couldn’t give less of a damn and neither could the leasing office.

Andrew did an excellent job taking care of my Fridge doors. He was very professional and he completed his work like a pro. He is an asset to the Redwood Team.

Layout of the townhome/apartment is very well designed, incredibly functional, and great for pets to move around; great square footage and feels large and spacious. Redwood does fun little treats/gifts for the seasons and/or holidays which I think is fun and exciting to see; they come up with some cool stuff! We to this day use a lot of the gifts they've provided; (a really nice grilling spatula, oven mitts, fold up backpack etc.) However prices for rent however are becoming unreasonable, and continue to rise despite all the issues that occur within the home. My husband and I have found that the home is built incredibly cheap, with even cheaper appliances. We are the first people to live in our unit, and here is a running list of all the issues that have occurred in two years: Fridge stopped working (not compensated for spoiled food), sink caulking was poorly done resulting in our kitchen sink falling down into our cabinets below, glass on our oven exploded with no additional heat, or outside force (My mother was staying and taking care of our animals at the time, she was in the shower and nowhere near the oven, nor was it in use; frigidaire oven glass explosions look it up. Thank god my animals weren't anywhere near the kitchen when it happened), both toilet handles cracked and broken off, (both were replaced and replacements have started to crack), garage door has broken twice; (once during the coldest day of the year; this took a few days to fix, and currently; the handle that automatically pulls the garage up and down completely ripped off; this is still not fixed and hasn't been worked on in almost 3 weeks), cracks all in our garage ceiling and some in the house (this is a foundation shifting issue, but something to be aware of), sink getting loose again and needing to be re-caulked, kitchen sink faucet coming loose, sliding door didn't lock when we first moved in, and electrical covers falling down. I want to stress that NONE of this damage was caused by pets or residents of the household, these things just failed. At this point we only live here because we have to, because we did not have the money to move elsewhere. When I first moved here in 2021, maintenance was incredibly fast and responsive when something needed to be fixed. Over the years that has severely declined. With the increasing rent, I struggle to see why the response to these issues would anything but quick and efficient. The maintenance man himself is wonderful, and redwood has since expanded two new more neighborhoods so I wonder if this has to do with the number of maintenance men (or lack thereof) hired. Overall I am frustrated because when my husband and i first moved here we felt very lucky and blessed to be living in such a nice, new and efficient space. But I struggle to tell people to move here because of the increasing rent with the declining service and management. The only reason I chose to do three stars instead of two, is because while the staff are taking longer to respond are kind, and the neighbors are great.
