It’s a nice neighborhood and they are attentive to any maintenance needs you bring to their attention. However beware of move out policies. I had spoken with more than one neighbor who had experienced extra expenses at move out. And indeed, although we moved out on the last day of our lease, we were still charged $70 per day for our last two days (because they were the first two days of the following month even though our lease ended on the 2nd). This was not made known to us until after we moved out and only received our partial deposit.
