We moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far, we really like it. The homes do not feel like apartments; they are very quiet and spacious. While rent may seem high, I feel like the exchange for the non-apartment feel of single story open floor plans with attached garage is worth it. Plus, it is a pet friendly community (and I’m hoping they get a dog park put in soon)! Kristen, the leasing agent and property manager, has been communicative and helpful. We love Wilson - who maintains the properties. He is very friendly, courteous, and attentive. We’ve had very limited experience with the groundskeepers so I cannot comment on that. We’ve lived in lots of places - owned homes and rented - so we know there is no perfect place and I feel we have reasonable expectations. We really appreciate the quality of this property and the neighborhood atmosphere it provides.

Lived here for over a year and a half and absolutely loved it. We loved the one level living with no one above or below. The neighborhood was always quiet and very clean. We also loved the pet policy as we have 3 dogs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

I’ve recently left Redwood Apartments. I do have to state since the new manager had come in, it is made a huge difference. A more positive experience. Pam is more involved with the community and really getting out there especially when things were being done that were not supposed to be she is rectifying that and advising the residents that they can’t do certain things. Which have just gone along forever. Both she and Wilson, the maintenance manager, is also on top of things. Always friendly faces. It will be great when the complex expands. Loved the privacy, no cameras to invade other peoples privacy. Always the streets kept clear of vehicles, they parked in parking spots that were are available, no unsightly trailers, that just take up space. Glad to hear they are getting another lawn service, the last year people were horrible. People were all friendly and if they had pets cleaned up after them. Will recommend .
