The sign says there’s a spa and pool. There’s no spa. Everything looks run down. Looks nothing like the pictures. Ran out of toilet paper first day. Was told to find a cleaning person. Only had 2 towels. Same answer. Great location but the hotel is just not great

Not the worst and definitely not the best. Check-in was good. Location excellent. I booked through Priceline. Room was dingy but nice only because of the balcony facing the ocean (even though it was not completely visible). AC was noisy. Shower stream was minimal but worse of all, we saw mold in the bathroom. Not really worth the low price.

The hotel is one of Redondo's hidden treasures. This hotel is clad in the mid-century modern motif. It boasts of hardwood floors, stylish sheets and design appropriate wall hangings. Bathrooms are appropriately modest with a separate vanity (a must for this design). The rooms are designed around comfort as well as convenience. For the family that wants to spend time shopping and immersing themselves in the local creature experience, this jewel is located at the heart of Redondo Beach life, for instance, it would not be difficult to locate 20 different international food restaurants within a 1/2-mile radius of the hotel. Now concerning the service...It was a busy holiday, and our AC gave out on us, the owner had it replaced within the hour with a brand-new unit. I was, needless to say, impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone, as the room pricing allows you to leave with more memories than just paying for where you stayed. Rm 209 july 4th 2024.

This place was the worse place I’ve ever stayed at! The cost I payed for one night was $180.00 they didn’t have a set up for coffee/ no breakfast but what really upset me was when I tried to set the clock it was unplugged but once plugged it in I noticed I change the time because it was busted” I took it to the front desk told the clerk and she said would have it replaced but never did” they had no lamps on each side of the bed as was mentioned by another guest, they had the tv on the dresser but they still had the tv wall rack up on the wall what an eye sore!|Did I mention when we walked in the door it smelt like “RAD” they must have used a fogger” of it. And then the parking spot next to ours had a giant oil spot someone did and it was there even the next day when we left. |Also the bed cover was stained with a black mark on it. |I went down right away with these to show it was there before we got there, remember they want an $80.00 deposit when you come in. And I think I saw they charge you $6.00 a night for parking there, ya can you believe it “ |I will never stay at this place again. Who ever owned before didn’t take of it and now these owners can care less for the people but only the cash it seems. |I did leave a good tip for the housekeeper though, it’s not their fault the management failed. |Sense they never replaced the alarm clock radio I used the air conditioner all night it because it would switch off and on every half hour in fact it turned off at 10 am one hour before the checkout time at 11.00am that was actually perfect.|One other thing you need to know all rooms are on the first floor are above the parking lot you either take the stairs are the one dirty elevator.|Please note, would someone please grease the wheels on that elevator it has this clicking sound I had to put my body and arms out across the back of it holding on incase it failed and I would go down slammed from the 3rd floor down to the 1st floor, you’ve seen the cartoon”🥸|One good thing they don’t have smoking in the rooms, because once outside you have a choice of smelling menthol brand and the other what I think was skunk witch turned out to be dope after I watch 3 guys across from my room doing. |“Well there are all types of different people out there and so some of you may not mind this type of place. |I messed up so pls don’t do the same.|Take care.

I enjoyed the location, halal food accessible which is A MAJOR PLUS FOR ME. My sheets were smelly and had weird stains, smelled like a gross dirty man. I gagged and felt icky the first night. Had it cleaned the second day by the cleaning service. After that I enjoyed my time. I felt safe. The curtains had funky stains on them how the heck ppl stain those I dont know lol but they were dirty. It rained most of the time there but I felt safe and was always in and out. The doors were wonky but I wasn't worried😉. The front desk ppl are decent nice people but they really need to upgrade this place. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I LOVED IT! Other than that it fulfilled my purpose of enjoying my time near the beach.

Stayed here while attending a track meet. Needed something clean that was close to the school. We would only be there to sleep and shower. The photos on the site looked like this was an older hotel that had been remodeled. It looked fun/hip. The hotel and room don't resemble the photos at all. We were given a handicapped room on the second floor. A non-handicapped person could not stand under the shower. I could handle that but there was NO HOT WATER. The water from the both the sink and shower were ice cold. I called the desk and was told to let the water run for 15 minutes longer. Still no warm water. I ask to change rooms and was told no, only the manager could do that. I was told that they would call a maintance person, it was after 9:30 pm. About 30 minutes later the guy from the front desk came up and messed with the shower for 20 minutes, told me it was working. I ask about the sink and was ignored. Next morning went to shower, ice cold water. I complained when I checked out and was told, "weren't you told exactly how you have to turn the shower on?" My response to her was if I didn't know how to to turn a shower on why would there still not be hot water in the sink. Again, ignored. BTW, this dumpy hotel charges $6 to park in thier lot and there are no coffee makers in the room. What a scam.

I would not recommend and would give zero stars, if possible. The front desk lady was rude and dismissive with our concerns. The sofa bed was broken (it sagged to the ground as my daughter laid in it), there was no carpet in the entire room, no shower curtain, and no covering on the closet door. Upon checking our friend's room, who had the same room as us, we discovered that she had given us an accessible room. We asked why she had not disclosed this, and she did not give an answer. She said it was the last room with a sofa bed. My husband asked for a discounted rate and she told us no because we were using the room. We told her we could not use the sofa bed, and she told us she would need to send maintenance to check since no one else has reported it broken. We told her to go ahead. She said she could give us a different room but no sofa bed, which was not comparable to what we needed. We told her we would not stay since she was not listening to any of our concerns, could not give us another comparable room, and then accused us of breaking the sofa bed. She told us, "You shouldn't have touched anything. How do I know you didn't break it. I'm still charging you a fee of $20." We had not even been in the room 30 minutes. When we went back, we discovered that the hot water was not working, as my mother had turned on the shower, and it was ice cold for over 15 minutes. As we were telling them to pack up, we were leaving, the front desk lady brought a man to the room, looked in, did not come look at the bed or shower and walked out. I now have two pending changes overcharging me. I will be disputing this with my credit card. Do not stay here. For $150 a night, it's junk.

It wasn’t the best. It wasn’t the worst. Walked to the pool… and walked right back out. Didn’t look inviting. If you’re looking for the minimum for an affordable rate, this place works. It’s near the beach and the pier, and it’s there are some tasty restaurants near by.
