Anthony came to our home yesterday and helped me install a VHS to DVD Recorder. He also worked with me in learning how to copy my old VHS tapes to DVD. Anthony was prompt and even phoned me to say he was on his way. He also returned my initial phone call in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Anthony for any computer/technology issues. He is very professional and I know I can contact him for any follow-up questions I might have.

They hung up on me, because the hours are from 9:00 to 4:30 if their ad says they close at 5 well whatever I called at 4:19 and he played dumb pretending not to hear me with his hello hello if they are closing already don't answer the phone.

On a scale of 1 to 5 RedCat is a 10. After purchasing my computer they helped me with problems I had with startup. Later I called to say I had deleted the security suite and they took time to reinstall my security. There response to a customers needs is unbeatable!

Dropped my external hard drive and it broke. Any one who saves for backup to the backups, knows the anxiety of losing everything. They were able to pull almost all data over. I really cant find anything that is missing, even though they said everything do wasn't able to be moved. And what I did notice was missing was easily obtainable but going to the cloud. Always have backups to the backups to the backups!! And what's missing wasn't important to me. I highly recommend them for all your computer needs. They will be doing more work for me in the near future as I have some projects that need done. Very happy!! Thank you all very very much!

I used RedCat PC, LLC for the first time this week, and I will probably always use them for my computer needs. I stopped in to ask about a Windows 7/Windows 10 upgrade. They explained the issue clearly and recommended that I not upgrade my old computer Then they showed me some reconditioned computers, and even researched some new computers for me to compare components and prices.
