Looking for a lunch spot out east can be difficult but this is such a great restaurant. We had the penne Alla vodka and Salmon, both were delicious. We ordered the apple cinnamon bread pudding with ice cream; warm and tasty. Overall, great experience here!
We stoped for early dinner and for one of those casualties in life and it was for good, the food was very good, very exquisite, we tried several different plates and all of them were very tasteful, we were very happy with the service, our waiter was very friendly and able to accommodate all of our needs, highly recommended A+ my only suggestions would be if they can add more wine options to their list.
I can't say enough about the crispy duck dinner. Absolutely phenomenal. My gf chicken was great also. The seafood cakes are a must. Overall the best 5 star review I've given anywhere.
Went there last night for dinner. Had their casserole which was one of the special for the night. The dish was barely edible. I expressed my concern with the owner and was immediately dismissed and told that everyone else loved it. Well, I would love to see how many loved it last night or this morning. I ended up with food poisoning. Suffering all night long and throughout the morning and afternoon today. Stay away from this place!
Cozy, warm ambience. Staff was attentive, professional, friendly. Food was exquisite: intense flavors, beautiful presentation, ample portions. Not a single negative.
We've been going there for years, any time we visit the North Fork wineries. Try duck confit and beef bourguignon, both are delicious. Great service about reasonable prices (for French cuisine).
First time there yesterday and based on the reviews my husband I were expecting great food. The service was good and everyone was very pleasant, however the food was terrible. My husband was sick all night after eating dinner there (he ordered the duck). I was ok because my dish tasted old and microwaved so I didn’t eat. I won’t be going back ever.
I would give them no star if possible. Have been coming here for years as we live in Orient. Tonight had the worse experience thanks to an owner that has no control over her own establishment. Made a reservation with my daughter for dinner. We were seated in the middle room. Soon a group of 20 year olds were seated in the same room. They became rude, loud and obnoxious and the entire restaurant soon enough was aggravated. When I asked the table to please be quiet I was verbally attacked. The waitress went up to the owner letting her know what was happening and instead of her handling the situation she walked away. My daughter also approached the owner and she did absolutely nothing. In order to avoid a scene we left while the group continued to make rude comments. Owner went into hiding. I called the owner later in the evening to discuss what happened and her only comment was that she cant control everyone in her restaurant. There is no excuse for the owner's inability to control her establishment. As stated, have been coming here for years both summer and winter. Will not return and urge others to avoid. As a patron I should not have to address other patrons of their bad behavior. That is the exclusive responsibility of management. This would never happen in a professional restaurant. Even a good meal doesn't compensate for a miserable experience.

Coffee Pot Cellars is a delightful stop on the North Fork wine trail. Just note that they are open mainly on the days around and including the weekend days. We had the privilege of meeting the winemaker, Adam, who was a great host and obviously knows
