Okay so I’m literally laying here right now… 1. I paid for a SMOKE FREE PREMIUM KING ROOM. 2. The room is so smoked in that I can’t sleep 3. The premium features are not here….no nice pillows, no snack boxes etc 4. Coffee machine is missing tray that is used to make the coffee. So no coffee 5. The room is clearly dirty. There is sticky stuff on the night stands and there was pee on the rim of the toilet and some sort of backsplash on the wall? 6. You now have to pay for animals! 7. Mold on chairs 8. Dirty shower So what am I paying extra for!? Anyways, I am going to see what is said in the morning about this we got in at 3am and my husband was just far too tired to move so we are just here….in this dirty room…..I feel like this is my last straw with this location. We have almost the same issues every-time now and it’s just not worth getting sick. I’ll update tomorrow AM. 4:33 check in I want to clarify that I 100% blame management for this. They have the responsibility of making sure these rooms are good enough to rent. Also, if someone smokes why would you turn off the AC within the room? It was like 80 in here and the smell was ridiculously strong because there is no way for it to get out. 9am check in We showered and I placed a towel just because i figured if they didn’t clean anything else, it’s probably also dirty. It was, had hair and slimy chunks on the walls and it also did not drain. The toilet roll had finger prints all over the place. The straw that broke my back….there was mold all over the chairs and I hadn’t noticed because I didn’t bull them out and I just was too tired to check. 10am Check Out: The attendant said he’s new and cannot help but I’m pretty sure we have seen him before….Anyways no refund….They just gave us our box of snacks……emailing corporate now.

I’m not one to usually write reviews and complain. But we have been staying at this hotel for years on our trip from Florida to Pennsylvania and this year the stay was absolutely awful we ended up getting up early and leaving. The bed was as hard a rock felt like you were sleeping on a box, the room was dirty. Stains on the counters floors & walls. The room smelled awful when we got there we had to prop the door open for a while. The tub did not drain so when you were showering it filled up like a bath. We will not be returning & will find another pet friendly option on our way. It’s a shame.

This is one of the nicest Red Roofs you will find. Area felt safe, room was clean, convenient to many nearby fast food restaurants, and within 10 minutes to many more. Checkin was quick. Excellent value for the money. Will absolutely stay again if in the area.

This is the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed in. The shower had never been cleaned and didn't drain. The walls and doors were dirty. For a non-smoking hotel they smoked in right off there room. My room smelt dirty. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies as I obviously couldn't trust them to clean. The sheets and towels were stained. The desk chair in the room was all torn up yet they charged me a refundable $100 damage fee. For what it isn't like they replace damaged items. At checkout they tell me that it will be 7 to 10 days for the refund to be refunded. This is ridiculous. And I was told about the smoking that it is advised not to smoke but people are lazy. Obviously the staff is too since nothing is clean and smells disgusting. If I had seen the room before I paid I would have stayed elsewhere on our vacation.

I ha e stayed at the particular location for over 20 years and I travel 3 times annually. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I've even managed to get the same room every time with no problems. Unlike other motels, the staff keeps the parking lot relatively clean, but space gets. limited the later you arrive. I also LOVE that they really enforce the no smoking policy! Dog friendly place!

Disgusting. We got here and the entire room smelled like mold and the ac was off. Then the bathroom door was dirty with sticky coffee and the bathroom floor had short black hairs. The room doesn’t look cleaned at all and I have a baby in the room with me! I don’t feel safe here. There was a flea jumping around in the bathroom sink.

Staff was nice and friendly, room was appropriately sized. No fridge, which is probably my fault for not checking but it's also the only hotel I've seen that hasn't had a fridge. Saw about five bugs in the bathroom and one got in a drink I left on the dresser, so that was pretty bad. The bathtub looked really gross. Also the AC was incredibly weak. It was, to be fair, a very hot week when I booked there but I kept my AC set to the lowest temperature the entire time I stayed there and the room's temp never got below 75° fahrenheit. Good location, close to the interstate but tucked away enough to where I wasn't bothered by road traffic. I wouldn't be upset if I had to stay there again but I'd prefer basically any other hotel in the area.

The room was dirty. They never change your rags and towels out. If you work you out of luck to get clean towels. Real sorry owners just my opinion though. Best thing I got to say food is close by and a store.
