My stay at this hotel was terrific. I reserved 3 rooms and did not have any issues. The property was really clean and had good options for rooms. I loved that were 2 king beds in the rooms, it gave us a lot of space and comfort. I will definitely stay here again if I need to travel to that area again. It is also conveniently located around gas stations and places to eat.
This has been a better experience than the westay an other places we have beeb. The westay inn was150$ room 20$ pet fee per pet they didn't tell us caught us off guard. Then we got to the room we later switched to 150$ room eas filled with mold n human piss an ppl leaving their kids in the hall screaming for mommy and bragging about doing drugs seriously dangerous drugs.
Here at red roof it was 10000x better it is clean mostly quiet. Friendly an kind staff pet friendly no fees. 25$ depot you get back. Keep the rooms clean make sure you have what you need if you ask /will ask when you visit office. They were sympathetic of our needs and they're super appreciated here at the red roof Plus in Hammond. Close to a lot of restaurants an grocery stores
Probably one of the cleanest Red Roofs I've ever stayed in. I appreciate that and they even had a designated dog area extremely rare. I will always stay at this Red Roof when traveling down south.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Too much noise. Room right above housekeeping area. Constant noise. Then call me at 6am to see if I wanted a wake up call!!!!! Really!!!
Positive: Away from traffic noise, clean room, good shower, comfortable bed Negative: In-room Coffee maker missing brew basket and front desk could not replace. Guest in room above paced the floor all night long and interrupted our sleep.
