Room 219 overall was great and clean. Unfortunately, when i took a shower, the paint on the bottom of the tub stuck to my feet and i had to spend 20 minutes vigorously cleaning it off with towels soaked in hot water. It was aggravating that i could not take a comfortable shower. I let the front desk know so i wont be charged for the white paint colored footprints on the bathroom floor, which i tried to my best ability to remove from the floor. If i choose to stay here again, id like to see this issue resolved.
Aside from the bedding which was sticky and felt like they sprayed a full can of disinfectant on it this was a nice hotel at first. Until the room service stole $80 in cash I had sitting near the sink. I left my room for 4 hours, I mistakenly thought that room service had already came by. I arrived later to it cleaned and my money missing. Told the front desk guy and he was less than helpful, he said he would call the GM but of course never did, nor did he tell anyone or review the cameras. Probably didn’t even question the housekeepers. I spoke to 3 different employees, they just kept giving me the same canned speech “Our cleaners would never steal, you must’ve misplaced your money.” They were more worried about kicking me out of the room for the next guest than retrieving my money or offering me compensation. If you stay here don’t let housekeeping in your room!
It was the worst place I have stayed in! If you are looking to have your clothes moist and full of humidity, then this is the place for you. Everything had moisture! Black mold in the shower. Towels were wet and could never dry. The linens were damp, so there was virtually NO sleeping. If you think you're going to have Wi-Fi, ha, what a joke! Sure you connect - WITHOUT internet connection. This was all amazing, especially having two kids 7 and 9. To top it off, my car was parked in Handicapped and was hit clearly by the vehicle parked next to me. The lady clearly had needle marks and was definitely under the influence when she was seen half naked walking around the hotel. I requested the video and was told I couldn't view it but the police could - great. I call them they go to view it and come back to tell me they CAN'T because a manager needs to be there. That would've been nice to know prior to calling them. The front desk guy was of absolutely no help. 100% garbage and a waste of money.
A good place to stay in the suburbs of Chicago at reasonable price with friendly management, receptionists and staff. I recommend this place for many reasons such as easy walking distance to many food facilities, gas station, bowling, public transportation ( easy connection to Schaumburg shopping center, Rosemont outlet stores, Ohare airport, Elgin River Casino ) . The rooms are quiet and clean . You can feel comfortable and cozy at this place.
Decent place. Owner was really nice.. decent rooms... my gripe is that every room didn't have a microwave or mini fridge but okay 👌🏾 place to room none the least
Not cleaned well! We sprayed everything down, and the TV remote was disgustingly filthy! The minimal tabletop surfaces had Moy been deeply wiped down. We always bring 91% alcohol spray for bedbugs. We found none. But there was 1 millipede crawling up the wall at night. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong smell of weed! We tried to air it out. Then, we smelled cigarette smoke! I did not have a comfortable nights sleep the 2 days we were there. The night before we checked out, the fire alarms 'went off' around 3 am. We were frazzled! The fire department arrived quickly. However, our unit and the other ones near us did not stop alarming. Eventually, they got it cleared.
You get what you pay for... the microwave is not in our room. You must walk to the front area to warm up food. There was no deal or chair in our unit.
Stayed two nights in two different rooms (we stopped on the way to Minnesota and on the way back). The first room had barely enough room to move and the room was very run down. We travel with our dog and are very grateful they are pet friendly. The second room was bigger and much nicer, but we upgraded (approximately $15 more) to a king deluxe that included a chair, desk, microwave and mini fridge. We enjoyed the second room much more.
I would recommend this hotel but definitely upgrade to the deluxe.
Weird and different check in experience with a live virtual agent from a kiosk..May save money, but I hope Red Roof maintains a front desk staff. Hotels need front desk, housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep a property clean, safe and rrlaxing

This hotel needs a serious remodel. Definitely does not deserve more than 3-stars. Smallest TV Iâve seen in a hotel room in many years. Itâs old and outdated. Was cool in the 90s Iâm sure, but thatâs over 30 years ago. See photos. Room was fa
Iâm so glad that OT came into my life. I could not find the motivation to work out and after months of trying, I found this place. I was able to lose 15lbs in 2-3 months. I see the difference and see myself getting stronger and finding that my clot

Finished off a beautiful afternoon with a hole-in-one on #18! Two full-length 18 hole courses - played on the Rapids course this time but will be back to try the Falls course. Definitely one of the more scenic mini golf courses in the areaâ¦elevatio
The daycare staff at Barrington Square Animal Hospital are so wonderful. Mister runs in the door every time we go. He loves playing in daycare with the staff and other pups. It makes me so happy to know he is in a place he loves when he canât be at
A bit of a walk from the parking lot off of rt 59, but well worth it. Many rare species of plant can be found within this remnant gravel hill prairie, one of only a few remaining in northern Illinois. Please walk carefully and stay on marked trails t
Amazing. I'm blown away. Last week I took a tour of the new luxury gym everyone's raving about, and honestly our Club here is just as nice.
We have Rock Climbing, a Huge wall! 2 stories!
Sauna, lockers, tons of basketball courts, the cleanest most
I think this place is great and I'm sure some of that is nostalgic since I've been going here since I was a kid. The lemon ice is still fantastic, the pizza hasn't changed (that's a good thing) and the service is good old counter service. Definitely
Took a friend to the Hideaway down the street. We were looking for a quick bite to eat. I'm trying to eat healthy, and I was happy to see this Strawberry Fields salad. What a pleasant surprise! The grilled chicken was very good, along with the pec
