I stayed here for my Salem trip, and overall, I was really happy with my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient, close to the airport, and the free parking was a big plus. However, for the price we paid, it was disappointing that there was no free breakfast. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My best friend and I booked a trip for today weeks in advance. We paid and everything, plus gave our correct details. (She is 19, I am 18). But it clearly said they accepted reservations for people under 21. They, of course, took our money. But when we got there and gave the front desk woman the IDs, she told us that she couldn’t do anything and we couldn’t be checked in because of our age. The lady didn’t sympathize, didn’t give us advice. She just kicked us out and walk away. Even though it said as we were making the reservation that they take 18+. Really?! Not to mention there’s druggies loitering around the entire property fighting and singing to an imaginary choir. I wouldn’t even bother coming here.

Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: When we arrived, there was a sign saying "I'm helping another guest, I'll be right back. 30 min later, a desk person strolled in. No apology. When given a room, it smelled strongly of smoke. We got a different room that was good.

Suitable for short stays with friendly staff Save your money and book for one week for less. Location is great, right on Route 1 with accessibility to lots of good food and attractions. The staff was friendly and always accommodating. Overall, the price was fair, especially compared to other hotels in the area. I’d stay again in a heartbeat! Havent been to a Red Roof inn for quite some time but glad I ended up staying here. We stayed here for 3 days. The rooms are clean and modern with plenty of charging ports, and the location felt safe with no zombies walking around. The front desk was great and efficient. Only wish they had some free breakfast but at least there is a McDonalds down the street.

Very disappointed. As you can see the faucet on the sink kept falling off, we couldn’t even keep the toilet paper on the roll AC buttons, we’re non existent. AC cover in hall not placed correctly. And the edging around the carpet bent kept nicking my feet. Also just to note. Coffee and creamer were horrible

The room was pretty clean but a bit small and snug for me. Service: can't speak on this since we didn't really talk to anyone. Location: right off the very fast and busy highway/freeway so I didn't really like that
