Positive: The price was great. Negative: The outside environment had an industrial smell to it which eventually infiltrated my room at times. The bathroom sinks hot water never got hot, just cool. Not sure why for the shower hot water worked fine. Staff was friendly and courteous.

This was the dirtiest and most unsafe place I have ever stayed. I was here with my parents and my 3 kids. We had 2 rooms beside each other. When you walk in the lobby it smells clean like most hotels. But once you get to the elevator you quickly realize how dirty this place is. In the elevator a electrical panel was being held on the wall my clear masking tape. The walls are all scratched up. On the 3rd floor you immediately smelled a musty old smell. There were stains all over the carpet. Including a stain right in front of our door, that I accidentally stepped on and my shoe completely stuck to it and my foot came out. So I don't even want to know what that could have been. Then inside the room, the floor still had trash on it, the toilet had hair on it, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the air conditioner was completely off and it's 95° outside, the bottom rubber part of the fridge door is hanging off so you have to pull up on the door and push the rubber piece under it just to close the door. It was one thing after another. The most frustrating part is that when I checked in I was told that if my kids made a mess in the room I couldn't use the towels in the room to clean it, I needed to come downstairs and get different towels. And if I did use the ones in the room and they found any stains on them they would charge us. They also told me if there were any stains on the bed they would charge us. Giving me rules like that makes me think you have a really clean hotel. But it was the total opposite. They also had a rule that you couldn't bring the breakfast from downstairs back up to your room. I find that to be a silly rule. With how early the breakfast is it's really hard to get all 3 of my kids up and dressed and down in the lobby to eat. It's much easier to bring it all up to the room and have them eat when they wake up. I couldn't bring the breakfast from the hotel up but they watched me bring breakfast from other restaurants up to my room and didn't say anything. 2 rooms away from me were employees that were living there. They kept their door open quite often and the room was just packed full of stuff. I felt very unsafe the entire time I was there. The only good thing was that it was only a 2 minute drive to Creekfire campground where other family members were staying. Do not waste your money here! There's a super nice hotel across the street and it less than $40 more.

This location has a problem with the customer being correct. They want to come in and clean while we are still in the room. Not a good policy. Not to mention we’ve paid up front, and didn’t someone try to use our card on file for a Walmart purchase that was denied. My bet is this location are connected to scamming. Please don’t trust this location. Then the front desk had the nerve to say if they couldn’t come in, we had to leave when we paid for 5 day(s). Of course she said no refund for the day they wanted us to leave early. We will never support this location ever again, word to the wise you shouldn’t either. The truth.

I really wanted to like this hotel. I had moderate expectations. We just needed a clean room, a decent bed, and a cheap breakfast. Clean room? Meh. It wasn't disgusting but it wasn't clean either. A few stains here and there. Some bits of candy wrappers or something in corners, some dirty corners in bathroom, etc. A decent bed? Yeah it fit the bill. Breakfast? Not bad. The normal fare. Waffles, muffins, eggs, cereal, etc. Biscuits & gravy were a nice treat! So why 3 stars? The noise level and feel of the hotel. This place was noisy ALL NIGHT LONG. We did not sleep well because of people running down hallways, TVs turned up loud (REALLY thin walls apparently), shouting down the hallway, etc. And I don't know how to explain it, but I get the impression that this wasn't just a luck-of-the-draw kind of situation. It felt like this is the norm. I'm pretty sure some of the rooms have people living there (saw through an open door) and it just didn't feel comfy. Never felt unsafe, but just didn't feel great. Which is what it is, I suppose. This is a Red Roof Inn after all. But I was hoping for something a notch above since it's "plus." If you're looking for a cheap room and don't mind some noise, this place will get the job done.

Positive: I really like the fact that the hotel is clean. The staff is nice. Negative: One thing that I did not like about this hotel is that they said today they offer hot breakfast, but it never changes every day. They have this same sausage and gravy and biscuits, and I don't like that. I feel that they need to do better.

Positive: I liked that it was ducked off from the other hotels, so there wasnt traffic in and out. Negative: You could see something was all over the bathroom door and wall. There was also a lot of hair in the shower drain. The employees had the second floor full of smoke, like something was on fire. Cant take breakfast to room

Positive: You have a clean indoor pool and jacuzzi - the jets are pointed up so far that the water looks like it's jumping out. They need to be adjusted The location is really good and I felt safe. The room has a long storage shelf in an easy reach location Negative: traveling for business makes a CELL phone signal vital! I had zero phone service there had to walk outside to use my cell phone. I never knew when I was receiving a phone call until I went outside. 3 work days waisted! I wish I'd had a warning, DISASTER Negative: ""
