Red Roof Inn Tinton Falls - Jersey Shore - Hotel in Tinton Falls - 11 Centre Plaza, USA

Save your money!! I reserved a room for 5 nights at the Red Roof Inn in Free Hold NJ based on the pictures I have seen. When I arrived, I first observed the building and parking lot to be very dirty. I entered the lobby and again, it was dirty. Rehan, the "manager" only provided one key to the room and had to ask for another.||First appearance of the room was somewhat nice. After a closer look, there was cob webs, dirt, spiders, and what appeared to be blood on the wall. In the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling. We photographed the room then exited to cancel our reservation.||We spoke to Rehan, the "manager," and showed him the pictures. He did not believe the room was dirty but stated he will show us another room. When we arrived at the second room, Rehan opened the door to the second room, peaked in, then immediately shut the door. When asked if someone was in the room, he said no then opened a third room. Inside the third room, we immediately saw the same issues as the first room. Rehan argued with us stating the room was clean.||We used Priceline to schedule the trip. Rehan begged us to call Priceline and tell them we couldnt accept the room due to a "family emergency." The reason was so the hotel could still get paid and we could get a refund. Rehan stated this was the only way we can get our money back.||We spoke to Priceline was told them the truth about the entire incident. Priceline called the Red Roof Inn to confirm out cancelation. The Priceline representative told us we can get our refund after they get confirmation. The manager Rehan hung up the phone on Priceline.||Overall, do not stay at this hotel. Please see the attached photos of the room. Thanks

This is the most quiet hotel I have ever been to. if you like peace and quiet come here. I slept so good. the beds and room are so clean. The staff are friendly and kind to everyone. pets are welcomed. plenty of parking space. I love this inn. even the tv worked great!! the prices are affordable. once your here. you will be back, it's that nice!

We booked a room for 6 nights at the Tinton Falls Red Roof Inn and Check in was good. After finding and getting into our room we were hit with very musty, moldy smell. There were no closets and everything felt wet. The bed was the worst we've ever slept on. The next morning there was water on the floor and sink by the bathroom( we hadn't used the shower or sink). We found another hotel to spend rest of our time here in Jersey. The Sraff was unconcerned about the problem but they did refund 3 days back to us. Never again.

Daylight came under the closed door -enough for a herd of cockroaches to walk right in. I’d set up my daughter with crayons at the table so I could bring the bags in but she couldn’t draw there because the table was greasy. The bedside table was wet with beverage rings, and the floor sticky. While I was trying to clean up, my 2 yr old son found a thc gummy wrapper (thank god it was empty) When I went to the front desk and showed them the wrapper they said they couldn’t return my money because the reservation was through hopper. Hopper wouldn’t refund because they said the hotel manager wouldn’t authorize. I had to find another hotel and am out 200 bucks. This is the kind of place to stay if you are only absolutely desperate. The woman working there seemed nice but the clientele is awful.

If I could give 100 stars I would. The employees were wonderful especially Doug everyone was nice and friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was great I’m a mom of 3 and it was a good stay for us while waiting to move into new home. Hotel very kid friendly which I loved and pet friendly. Rooms are smoke free which I really love. I recommend anyone to stay here for short or long time stay. Thank you guys again at Red Roof ❤️❤️❤️

My room smelled like marijuana. Like someone was smoking it in the bathroom all night. I think they tried to cover it up with heavy cleaning chemicals but it just made it toxic. I woke up throughout the night with a headache and sore throat. The floor was greasey? I don’t know what to think about that. The guy who checked me in had a big screen tv 4 feet from my face blasting fox news. And oh, everything else was gross. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed and I once stayed in a hotel where the soap dish in the shower zapped me when I touched it.

My Husband and I booked ot for 2 nights . We were there for a wedding in the area. When we arrived the gentleman at the desk ( Jack) was very friendly and told us what our rm number was etc. A we entered our room which seemed clean but nothing to write home about. O checked the bathroom as I looked into the shower 2 tiny bugs maybe a water bug or a roach was running around. I took care of that. Didn't make a big kiss out of it since no more were found. Later we noticed a water on the floor by the air conditioner which it ran to the front of the bed My Husband went directly downstairs and addressed the issue with Jack at the desk. He apologized and said it was to late for maintenance but would send someone to check the problem. No one came. He gave my husband a towel to soak up the water. Also there were no other rooms available to change. Ok we tucked it up. The following day which was when maintenance was supposed to come we had a wedding to attend to so we just left. Git back later that evening and as we went to use the sink more bugs. At that point we bagged it and decided to leave. Upon leaving we discussed these issues with the gentleman at the desk (Doug) he couldn't address this because he wasn't the manager it was also 11:15 at night he did document it inthe computer and we were told to call the next day and talk to Jack. Thank God our trip home was only about a hour and a half. Called the next morning about our concerns and would like to be compensated for this. Basically we were told we would get 10% off if we would come back another time which .would be a cold day in he'll. That's all he could do on his end and would have to forward this problem to corporate. So let's see what happens. Lol. Probably nothing.

I have been staying in hotels for almost 40 years and stay over 30 nights a year.|I had called the 800 number to tell them I was going to be arriving later, the rep found my reservation and then called the hotel directly, the woman there stated the hotel did not have my reservation. She connected me to the hotel directly, the woman stated they did not have my reservation, I offered to email my reservation which I booked directly on RedRoof.com, not a 3rd party website.|I sent the email, I called back the 800 number which transferred me to the hotel, apparently you can't call the hotel directly, you have to call the main 800 number.|The same woman answered and said she got my email but still did not have my reservation in their system, if I wanted a room, it would cost an additional $65 more than what I booked it at. I became upset since it was not my fault they didn't have my reservation, she hung up on me. My Red Roof account still showed I had an active reservation. Shortly afterwards, I got an email notification that my reservation had been cancelled. I did not cancel it, apparently it was done by the hotel or the 800 number. I called back the 800 number, rep told me my reservation was cancelled but refused to tell me who cancelled it, I filed a grievance. Apparently they refused to honor my reservation since the rates had gone up since I booked it several months ago. I went to the hotel later on with my luggage to see if I could check in, Doug was nice but said they were sold out. Worst experience ever.
