Red Roof Inn Sulphur - Hotel in Sulphur - 2619 Ruth St, USA

My husband and I have been staying at this hotel for all of our business trips the past few months. The rooms are very clean, needs are always met, 10 percent discount at Waffle House, and fresh coffee. Front desk agent Sammie knows us every time we come in. She has a unique personality like no other and knows how to make everyone smile. The lobby is always clean and smells nice. Staff was also friendly and took great care of us. We will be back soon! Thank you Red Roof Inn, for all that you do to make sure your guests are comfortable!!

I never write reviews, but I really wanted to write one because the front desk man Eric was the most helpful person I’ve experienced at any Hotel I’ve traveled to. He helped with every one of my needs and made me an extremely happy customer. This man deserves a tremendous raise or bonus or something because he made my stay stress free and comfortable!!! He took care of EVERYTHING. I had some worries and concerns on top of whatever I’m already dealing with but Eric made things better. Again, thank you Eric!

After running from the storm (Beryl) for hours this was one of the closest hotels with vacancy. My family of 4 and I were out of lights and sweating from the Texas heat in our home. The room was booked over the phone and we did not check in until about 2 hours later. After making it in we went into the room and it felt as if it were stuffy. We simply tried turning the AC on and NOTHING. The room was considered inoperable. The front desk was notified and we were told “maintenance won’t be here until tomorrow”. My family and I went to get food to see if the room would cool off in which it didn’t. We basically paid to stay in the heat, which could’ve been done at home! I was considerate and asked if they had any other rooms, which they didn’t. And even asked for a fan which they also didn’t have! SAVE YOUR MONEY, or at least inspect the room before booking.

Thankful to the Red Roof Inn hospitality. The hotel was clean, accommodating, the staff was phenomenal and very kind. We were located only 8-9 miles from the casinos. There were exceptional restaurants all around us! The fiery crab 🦀 was delicious!! 🤤 thank you everyone at Red Roof Inn for our amazing stay.

Sammie, was amazing ! The whole staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean, They had coffee every morning. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely come back in here and stay again with my entire entire family and highly recommend that you do as well

During my stay at the hotel, Kathy and Sammie provided exceptional service. From the moment I checked in, they greeted me warmly and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or ensuring my room was immaculate. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests truly made my experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, thanks to Kathy and Sammie's outstanding hospitality.

Rooms are nice, soap dispensers installed in the bathroom, of course I have to travel with my road dogs and I always come to the red roof on Ruth st here in sulphur, La. 10/10 would recommend. Blackout curtains as well for those who work nights and need to sleep in the day, A/C blows cold. Right next to Waffle House, got to love it.

Always an excellent experience. clean and staff is amazing. Quiet and the ac is wonderful. we will be back. We love this. Sammie was great at check out. Very attentive and lots of charm. Eric was great at check in. Also shower was nice and hot. look forward to seeing yall soon.
