I had an excellent stay at this motel! The premium room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and spacious, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the service was friendly and efficient. Best of all, the price was unbeatable for the quality offered. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great value and a premium experience!

Night check-in staff were rude. It took forever for the matron to get us checked in. The hallway to rooms smelled strong of cigarette smoke; even though there was no smoking. Room walls are missing paint. You get three pillows for a king-size bed instead of 4. The bath tube was full of cracks. No kleenex in room. There was a chip off toilet seat. They only have 2 sets of towels (no extras). There was yelling in the parking lot late at night. Overall, my family will not stay there again.

Worst experience ever. People were partying in parking lot all night. The room was filthy. We had to scrub the bathroom ourselves before it was even usable. We only stayed because our car broke down and it was an emergency. We took the covers to the front desk to request clean ones because the ones on the bed were filthy(wads of hair on comforter)(stained sheets)and was told they had no extra covers so we had two somewhat clean sheets on the bed. I've never felt more uneasy or disrespected at a hotel & was harassed because they where cigarette ashes next to the door and wanted to say we done it when we didn't even smoke on the property please don't stay here it is a joke

My experience staying at this hotel has been extremely dissatisfactory. Firstly, the entire staff has been extremely unprofessional. Housekeepers are barging into my room unannounced, after I stated to them I did not wish to have room service on multiple occasions. The front desk clerk has no customer service. He was short tempered during my check in process (which was a mess in a half), could not answer any of my questions regarding the price of my stay, and could not greet any of the guest in a nice manner. Instead, when we walked up to check in, he acknowledged us with a “..yes?” My stay here has been subpar, and I wish to inform anyone who decides to stay here of what they will possibly experience.

The actual room was great. Clean and well kept. The maid service was terrible. Daily berating from the maid staff, talk to you like a child and demand you to throw out the trash or leave the room. Hostile. That's the word. I've never in my life seen anything like that. Be aware.

this place sucks! u cant take a bath in a bath tub??? bugs all over and staff is rude and does not care about do not disturb sign. room looks nothing like the pictures because they relocated, way too overpriced

Had to book an unexpected room. It was well after midnight and the pricing wasn't bad. Very dog friendly. The third shift desk worker was the best part of the service. Very friendly, very attentive, and accommodating. I'm not sure what his name was but he made the experience pleasant. The breakfast is packaged, one cereal option, but the milk is really cold. They have a juice machine. And coffee. It's not a very busy Hotel, it's location and my experience when did to this fact. I say that to say this: the housekeeping in the morning sucks. They don't like their job and they don't like cleaning up after anybody. I say that as the type of guest who throws my trash in the trash can strips my bed for whoever cleans after me and I put the Linens in the towels in a pile to help minimize the labor. None of this matters to the housekeeping. It was one woman who was probably the wife of the first shift guy, a franchise I presume. She made noticeable gestures and comments about the way I thought I was helping. Very condescending. It was a really unfortunate way to leave after paying for this service. But it doesn't matter because these owners don't care about things like this. That lady really sucked. But the third shift guy was awesome.

The customer service is absolutely terrible they lie about prices, they even keep your money when they suppose to refund it, and house keeping is the worst they lie on u and they bug the piss out of u all day even tho I have to work and need rest, it’s pretty much like this if u don’t sell drugs or urself they don’t want u there and that’s as honest as u can get about this place I’m gunna have to get my lawyer involved to get my money back from these people
