This place is a big no. Room obviously was not cleaned. Smelled horribly like smoke. The manager went into the room and told us he didn't smell anything. Even though they claim to be pet friendly he tried to charge me $ for my service dog. I had to show him my official information and stated ADA rules. The bathroom had a shampoo bottle already in the shower which smelled like mildew and there was hair in the tub. Also holes in the walls, no smoke detector - it was pulled out of the ceiling. Hotel from Hell! Please don’t stay here! First things first, I reserved a room over the phone but I arrived to Red Roof Inn at 1:00AM I was told that that was no hot water, I really wish they would have told me that beforehand but I had already traveled 3 hours to get there so I brushed it off & said it was okay and they gave me my key. My first room (606) was connected to another person’s room with no lock to secure the door just the desk against the door & I’m assuming it was the same for the person on the other side. Once again I wish I would have been told this beforehand. Hours later at around 6:30AM I was awakened by the sound of squeaking rat noises coming from INSIDE the fridge! I IMMEDIATELY grabbed all my belongings went back to the lobby & requested another room. They gave me a key to another room (608) the room appeared clean until the very next day I was awakened by more rat noises & to my surprise I saw one run across the floor a few times & a few bugs were spotted on my walls & lamp. I am so disgusted with this place I really hope they shut it down! Unfortunately I couldn’t get no pictures of the rats but as for the bugs I have pictures to share.

Positive: Nothing was gross and disgusting Negative: Dirty towels, no shower curtain and water all over the floor. Dirty facecloth hanging from shower curtain bar. Room smelled. This place should be demolished

Clearly, the Red Roof employees who monitor these reviews are powerless (or don't care!) to make the necessary changes to improve guest experience. Disgustingly dirty floors, especially in the corners. Very unlike the other Red Roof Inn locations where we've stayed.

🚩🚩🚩🚫🚫🚫My husband and I went there to stay in April 26th 2024 threw April 28th and after they took our money then informed us they didn't have any HOT WATER! we were told that the issue would be handed by the evening of the 26th it was NOT!! we then had to find another hotel! An we were told we would get our REFUND well it's now July an still no refund! I have called an called for months and still couldn't get anyone on the phone! We stay at this hotel EVERY YEAR when we go to see the street outlaw race an this has never ever happened before! We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! BC THEY TAKE UR MONEY AN THEN THE PROBLEM DOESNT GET FIX WHEN WE GAVE THEM TIME! AND NOW WE CANT GET OUR REFUND BACK NOW WHEN WE WERE TOLD U WOULD HAVE IT BACK IN 10 DAYS WELL ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS!!! ALSO WE HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AN DISH OUT MORE ALOT MORE FOR ANOTHER ROOM! AND STILL DONT HAVE THE REFUND AND ITS BEEN Months!!! Don't take peoles money knowing they will be there for 3days and not inform us about NO HOT WATER UNTIL HE HAD TAKEN OUR MONEY!!! LIKE I SAID WE STAY HERE EVERY YEAR AN NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES UNTIL APRIL 26TH AN THEN TO BE TOLD U WILL GET UR REFUND WELL I STILL HAVEN'T 3 MONTHS LATER WE WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN! I GET IT I KNOW THINGS HAPPEN WE GAVE THEM PLENTY OF TIME TO FIX THE HOT WATER BUT THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THAT EVENING OR THE NEXT AM STILL NOT FIXED THAT WE WERE PROMISED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED!! AN THEN NOT TO GET OUR REFUND IS BEYOND LACK OF CARE FROM ANY OF THEM!! Called for months could never ever get someone on the phone! And still no refund 3 months yes 3 months later

Super cheap rooms. No bugs. But your typical 50 bucks hotel. Really big property not a lot of crime. Restaurants and food and gas stations near by and interstate

ABSOLUTELY HORRID! We pulled in late just looking for a place to rest for a few hours, never ever again. Do not stay here. Genuinely debated sleeping in the car in the parking lot after seeing the room. Upon arrival there was over flowing garbage with random liquid trailing down the outside hall. Visible dirt all over the floors and in ever corner of the room, clearly unclean and disgusting. Holes in the walls from door handles and a desk on its last leg as well as random crooked shelf and tv (clearly no care to maintenance) Stains everywhere and was not confident bedding had been washed and slept on top of comforter but barely slept at all. Room had an overwhelming smell of idek mildew, chemical, wet dog 🤷‍♀️ Hair on the shower curtain and weird orange stain. I was scared to use the toilet. Middle of the night heard some sort of conflict as well as across the street at the 7/11. Also had to pretty much kick the door open each time trying to get in. If i could give 0 stars i would.

When we arrive the door to reception areas was open but no staff and we staff did appear they had attitudes cause we was there in lobby waiting for their return. Told I couldn't check-in in til 3pm at 240pm. I said okay I'll return at 3pm . Came back at 3pm , no staff. Staff returned at 345. Drove there from a chemo appointment so I was tired , so I took the room. This place looks abandoned, unkempt, scary , please beware. Needs to be shutdown renovation.
