Staff is absolutely amazing. So friendly, they help when you need anything. Location is right off freeway great gas prices near by. We stayed long term. Can get clean towels and sheets daily if requested. Very dog friendly. My dogs had a blast out back in the open grass. The people who stay here are very welcoming. Makes you feel at home. Would recommend if you want a friendly place to stay.

I reserved a room over the phone and at check in asked for a room I could see my van from, as I had sensitive freight in it and had to watch it closely. She gave me a room in back that was opposite of my request, I couldn't see my van, and then when I mentioned it, she said there were no rooms available that I asked for in my price range. Fair enough. I took the room she gave me anyway, but noticed a place I could park and easily see my van from, so it worked out well, at least for me. The girl at the desk was nice and helpful. The room wasn't bad either. It was clean. The hallways leading to rooms did smell bad. The location is not a very good one. Near the I-80/90 and can hear the Trucks whizzing past. But I did like the room. But then again, I am not hard to please.

Absolutely love this location. Best hotel staff and owners I've dealt with in awhile. Rooms are clean. Nice pool if you like to swim. Would recommend to all passing through because this is a great and family friendly hotel!

Staff is friendly and kind, rooms are spacious and clean, I have been here multiple times and I also have a clean room. I love the location it makes it easy to get on the turnpike to travel. Also I love the flowers in the baskets out front it's very pretty.

If I could leave zero stars I would the front desk did not know what he was doing when I went to go get refund he said I would have to call next day tomorrow on the 4th to speak to manger to get refund. I did not or would not ever stay there the room smelled like sweaty balls bugs where hopping out of the bed. Mil dew on walls the hall ways looked like something out of a horror movie. There was a drunk that could barely stand outside the side door saw needles on the ground in front of side entrance. There was hookers walking around . I will be calling tomorrow to get a refund also will complain to corporate worst experience of my life and I grew up in Harlem in the projects.

This is one of the dirtiest motels that my family has stayed in. Not only is there pet odors but weed is seeping out of multiple rooms upstairs where all the doors are marked "no smoking." My in-laws stayed in an adjacent room that had a combination of pet urine and mildew. The furniture is destroyed by pets and needs to be replaced, holes in walls and doors are detracting, no WiFi, no coffee in rooms, ridiculously small bath towels that are just a little bigger than hand towels. The hallway carpets are extremely stained and the exterior of the motel could use a face lift and weeds sprayed. We had to request moving rooms because a room a couple doors down had a yapping dog thay wouldn't stop. I can't fathom sitting in the one arm chair that was provided in the two queen bed room the disk in our second room was missing its chair so I couldn't sit down to do some planned work. The extra security latch was missing from the second room. I'd take a guess that homeless often use this as a long term stay.

Stayed there the evening of April 7th for the eclipse on the 8th. I gave the room & location 3 ⭐ because there wasn't much to the room other than a tv, bed, chair, & a desk. It also had a small refrigerator & a microwave. The tv wouldn't work so I called the desk and within 15 minutes they came up to check it out and couldn't fix it. So they offered me their only other room which had a queen bed instead of a king (2 guests). I wasn't going to ask for a discount but they offered one anyway. The hotel is far enough away from Toledo so you don't get "the wrong crowd". It's mostly near farmland and expressways. I gave the SERVICE 5 ⭐ because they were attentive and reasonable. The pool was out of order while we were there but I didn't stay there for pool access. Room -3 Location -3 Service -5

This is a great place to rest and relax, the staff is great they truly care. Clean rooms, and an indoor pool completes the pleasant stay. As well as our fur babies stay free!
