The room is spacious with a king size bed, a desk, and two chairs. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable.
The air conditioner works well, but it is leaking under the unit in the room so we needed to keep a towel under it.
There is room to walk a dog but it is an area 2-3 wide along a curb at the edge of the parking lot.
sunny the manager is great! we had a updated room, bed was amazing and room was huge! i loved the upgraded thermostat for the ac and it didn’t leak, as a not so good experience last time they really went above and beyond to make this second stay around amazing! i’m glad we gave them another opportunity.
It is discussing. They do not clean the rooms. They just make the beds. Most of the hotels on 46 in Parsippany are bad, but the red roof in is the worst. ||There is no way, any one who staid here would give it a one. It not worth that much credit. the reviews on tripadvisor are clearly paid for. I think Tripadvisor, and the Red Roof in chain have some liability with the harm done to those having to stay here.
This hotel should be condemned and torn down to the ground.
Drove hundreds of miles with our two little dogs and even after seeing all the mold in bathtub, we had no choice but to stay in this dump for it's pet friendly policy.
First thing we noticed was toilet seat was hanging from just one hinge, then the amount of mold and rust in the tub just blew my mind.
We also noticed a huge bubble in paint by main light switch.(clear indication of water accumulation behind wall...near an "ELECTRCAL" receptical)
Attention owner, this may be considered a 4 star hotel in a third world country, but NOT in the US.
Went to front desk and was told I would receive a discount. Next morning at checkout, I get a slap on the face with an offer of 10% refund.
Let's just say that at this point I will be making it my top priority to file complaints through every agency available including local news, so no one else has to endure the filth of such a dump.
Can't wait to read the pathetic automated response...
Clean and quiet. Bed was sooo comfortable! Lovely, polite young man checked us in.
Room had EVERYTHING. Iron and ironing board. TV, excellent wifi, small fridge. I could easily live here for a week no problem. My cat likes it here too - she was very comfortable.
I'd stay here again.

The only reason I give it 1 star is because I can't choose negative 50 million. This place needs to be burned down yesterday. Mold all over the bathroom. Holes in the walls and ceilings. I checked in and then immediately checked out because I wasn't in the mood to get diseases today. I would rather sleep on the floor of Port Authority.
DIRITEST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE!
Have you ever just opened the door to find out another guest living in your room? Or have you ever opened the door to find out there is cockroaches crawling on the wall? Well, welcome! EXTREMELY DIRTY WITH COCKROACHES ON WALLS and MOLDY SMELL!
It was actually so bad that we didn't stay overnight. We left immediately, it was that bad, and my wife swore we will never use Redroof Inn ever again (though we loved the Seattle airport location)
If you look at the reviews in the past year, they hover around 1 star out of 5 stars. So I definitely would not recommend this place.
First time coming here after a day at Mountain Creek, and it was a very good experience. The atmosphere when you walk in an inviting with great front desk aura. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we got our table, but that was no issue, and the f
Got lots of good stores but the parking lot is a little bit weird the way how it's laid out otherwise it's good and there's a Chick-fil-A and a Chipotle there too
We were greeted by their friendly staff and the sounding of the gong ð¶!!
A group of family and friends were in Parsippany, NJ for the weekend and decided to try Sakura for dinner on Friday night. We were excited we did. It was a wonderful experie
