My family had a great experience at this location. The room was very clean (we were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room, closest to the pool). The pool was very clean and great for the kids to cool off while we were staying there. The staff were very friendly and attentive to the property. Normally we stay in campgrounds but on a whim we booked this room and we were not disappointed. I would stay here again!

Clean Rooms! Safe location. My dogs loved it here. Plenty of walking space. Poop stations too. The beds are a bit “noisy” but it’s a metal frame. I saw no bugs . I added a pic of the vent because mine was clean . I’m here right now.

If i could give 0 stars i would. PLEASE DONT EVER STAY HERE !!!!!!! first of all, I booked one room with two queen beds in it for $200 for one night. It was a holiday weekend so I get it must’ve been a little bit more expensive but that’s not even what I’m mad about. When we entered the room. There was brown liquid all over our toilet seat so we had, a maintenance guy come in and clean it off never said anything about it. Just wiped it off and then walked out of the room. Then the next morning We realized that it was coming out of The air vent in the bathroom and it was dripping down the entire night so when I went to the front desk and complained, they told me I could get a full refund if I reached out to Hopper because I booked through Hopper so I reached out to Hopper and now they’re not giving me my refund and they’re being very rude and disrespectful and telling me that I didn’t “ Request a different room” Even though I was checking out that morning Don’t deserve my refund someone please tell me if this was in your bathroom. Would you be OK with spending $200 for one night for this? you know what else is funny when i did say okay then give me a different room he told me they were fully booked for that day and the next day so i had to basically “deal with it” This establishment is not only actually disgusting but the people that work their are also disgusting.

I have had the pleasure of staying, accommodation's are great, property is safe even coming in at 2 am because of work, staff, management (Housekeeping, front desk worker) are very professional, would and have recommended this hotel to co worker. best of all rooms are quiet and clean.

The rooms werent the worst but the people who work there are. They have no empathy for peoples situations and are just looking to make a buck. They up charged me for my second cat (which both pets weigh under 6lbs and really what difference is one vs two but whatever). Then they up charged me just for a weekend fee. Its not a very clean place and the people there a jerks. They told me they had to switch my room and then an hour before check out they called me and told me I had to leave because I wasn’t accepting room service, even though it was their room-service who stuck a DND sign on my door and wouldn’t go in because of my cats. Had I known I had to have the room cleaned every day I would have done that but it was not communicated with me until they already made the decision for me to leave. All this being said, I know the real reason for them telling me to leave was because I had been staying there almost a full week and they want to make more money off people they can scam and who won’t point out the up charges like I did, they knew they weren’t going to get away charging me a crazy fee for memorial day weekend. Additionally, I’m pretty sure they have cameras in certain rooms that people stay in without those ppl having knowledge. I saw a dark room with a bed in one of the squares on the monitor that has the security footage. Very creepy establishment (if you can call it that) with rude and disgusting employees who also hide their manager from you and won’t let you speak to them.

The staff was really nice, even when I had to switch the check-out date for one of the rooms I reserved three times, the last time in the middle of our stay. They also take pets at no additional charge. Rooms are very clean and the bed had a super thick mattress that was extremely comfortable. The coffee in the room was surprisingly good. I'll definitely stay there again. The price is unbeatable.

Room was very clean, staff was amazing and you can tell they take pride in their business. Would highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend staying here. They tried to overcharge me for a room. I showed them the price for a room on their website. The man behind the desk said he can only charge me what is on his screen. I had him call the manager who said the same thing. I guess they don't want the business. I'm not going to pay more money than they advertise.
