Red Roof Inn Mobile North - Saraland - Hotel in Saraland - 1210 Industrial Pkwy, USA

I would give a lower star or none at all if I could . When we arrived the room was not ready for us it was not cleaned beds were not made shower was destroyed trash everywhere in room the staff changed us to another room which had water all in the floor and no shower curtain. Finally was placed in a room that actually could work for us. Room service was not offered at any time that we stay for 4 days. We had to take out our trash and use same towels for those days . The lobby was full of clean laundry and housekeeping supplies. I stayed here before and received better service than what we did this time don't waste ur money cause they definitely don't offer any discounts for the bad service definitely will go some where else next time. Was told they offered pool towels for pool and it wasn't offered at all. Rooms smelled like mildew.

The room smelled bad, like mildew and urine. The floor is dirty, like I walked around barefoot before getting in the shower and my feet left muddy footprints, and they were not dirty before I got there. Also there was no soap in the shower, they have dispensers but they were empty. No towels in the room either. Also, when I arrived to check in the door was locked to the lobby and the receptionist was no where to be seen. There was a sign that said they were away and to call a number for assistance, but when I called that number it just went to the phone that was in the lobby, and no one was there to answer it. I booked a room here like 3 months ago so it’s not like they didn’t know I would be coming, so I don’t see why a room wasn’t ready for me with these basic things. I’m never staying at this place again, and I make a trip here twice a year. The Microtel across the street from here is better.

My family and I stayed While on vacation this summer. We had a great time! Clean rooms!!! Great staff!!!! 5 stars! We will be returning!

What a horrible hotel!, I wasted my money and my time. I would give zero stars but I can't. The room was dirty, the beds were stained and smelled bad, the whole room smelled damp, the floor had water in it, the bathroom was full of mold. I do not recommend this hotel.

The truth is that I don't know where to start, I stayed there for 4 weeks and they cleaned my room twice and honestly I didn't leave because I worked at night and slept during the day. Other guests used the parking lot as a canteen and dance floor, sometimes boxing as well, the afternoon receptionist was always in a very bad mood and never knew how to give any information. Living and learning never again

After reading some of the reviews I almost didn’t stop here, but it’s fine! Helpful person at the front desk. The room is an 8 out of 10 on cleanliness and in good repair. The only con I can think of is that it’s next to a busy and somewhat noisy highway. I feel like the bad reviews may not be entirely fair. After all, the Red Roof Inn is probably one of the cheapest rooms in town, and there is no pet fee. You can’t come here expecting the Ritz!

My family had a great stay. Hot fresh coffee and comfy clean rooms. We will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Great place to stay and staff is more than friendly. We stayed 2 days and nights and the only thing negative is they need to move smoking areas away from the rooms because of privacy and noise they also need to seal around doors, the smoke came inside the room.
