Room was fair priced. After a long drive yesterday we ended up here. My Son and myself went to 3 other hotels and ended up here. The room was ok, but there were knats and spiders and I didn't want to sleep with them. I would stay again. Gentleman is a very hard worker and very nice. Think he is overworked.
My room smells horrible, like Indian food. The whole room is absolutely disgusting. Nothing about this room has been cleaned in a very long time!!! Don't feel safe here.
Male guests in the rooms next to me were watching me in the parking lot unload my vehicle. Doesn't feel safe. Absolutely filthy. Don't stay here
Positive: The location Negative: The room had no towels. It smelled of cigg, cigarettes ain't clean. and the clerk was irritated that he gave us a key that didnt work. Then he treated us different, charged us a $100 deposit (more than room expense)
I have stayed at this motel 6 times and it is always a sensible, friendly, economical stay. The staff is courteous and the room has always been clean. It is a low budget motel that will meet your needs.
Needed a room for 1 night and I had 2 medium sized dogs
Red Roof has often been able to accommodate so I booked this Red Roof before I left home
It was clean, pretty comfortable and a good value
The staff was great, so happy and on my way the next day
I stayed in this hotel for 7+ weeks, finding a mix of good and bad which I'll summarize here. Although my backside room was quiet from traffic, it seemed to be far noisier from the guests which gravitate there. Thus, choosing a best side may not be easy.| |Pros: This hotel is in a convenient location, being next door to an (outstanding) laundromat, Walmart, and the riverfront bike & walk path, as well as close to the interstate and < 5 minute's drive to any downtown shopping or dining. Booking months out, it offered the best rate in town via a weekly discount. My remodeled double-bed room was reasonably clean, roach free, and comfortable with nice firm beds, good bedding, (mostly) nice towels, a good mid-sized fridge, microwave, work desk, bath vanity, storage space, and more. The AC, TV, and cable worked well. Management and house keeping were pleasant and cooperative in all ways. ||Cons: On most weekends and some eves, the guest noise was annoying - with loud talking people, running kids, and barking dogs. The budget place also attracted more of a worker or transient type of clientele that entailed people drinking, eating, cooking and socializing outside in the walkways and parking lot - followed by leftover trash and garbage bags that too often weren't picked up for days. I felt safe, but the environment was subpar and nothing like a normal, middle priced hotel. While the remodeled rooms were decent, some of the old furniture remains, the dark painted walls are ugly, the old floors creak, and the outside building condition remains cruddy.||Overall, this place could be a suitable choice for those on a tight budget willing to accept marginal conditions. The deal breaker for me though that will prevent my return is the wifi, which was terrible - all day, every day, all the time. It was entirely inadequate for streaming, video chatting, or VOIP calls, and often struggled even with email and web surfing. The problem wasn't room location either, but rather equipment problems management was unable or unwilling to fix. Until or unless this significant problem is fixed, the hotel is a poor, unacceptable choice in my view.
It’s affordable and easy to access, rates for nightly or weekly stays as well.
I think this is the cleanest tub I have ever seen at a hotel. The hairdryer was newer and also clean. The floors could of used mopped and this hotel had half carpet and half laminate floors. No breakfast but offered tea and coffee. Overall it was a good stay and will recommend.
Very cool and historic and comfortable! Great prices for a night. We loved the location right on the river. Our twin beds were super comfy and the bathroom floors were heated! What a cool hidden gem! The lobby was all decorated for Christmas and it w
Informative museum with lots of local and regional history. As with many museums, one visit does not do it justice!

What a great find! In town for a sporting event and ate here. Food was great! I had salmon, roasted red potatoes, and asparagus. My husband had the Lafayette salad and then the fish and chips. Our server, Julie was a ROCK STAR. Beautiful setting on t
We had a very interesting quick tour of this museum. It was very informative trip. They had some rare exhibits, I remember buying some posters of some stern wheelers from this museum.
A darling little place. Amazing bartender, very personable, sweet, and helpful. Pool tables, juke box, heated outdoor smoking area. Loved the margaritas ð¹
I ordered sausage biscuits with milk to drink. Huge biscuits with thick, fresh-tasting sausage. Dining area can get crowded but for good reason: the food is really good. I would go here before I went to any of the national fast food chains for bre
Amazing place for lunch. We had the Pretzel bites with beer cheese as an appetizer, BBQ Burger and the Protein Bowl. The Burger was great and their fries amazing. The Protein Bowl was Rice with veggies, a good portion of chicken and an amazing sweet
My friend & I were in Marietta & we needed a place to eat before heading back to NE Ohio. It was the only spot open on a Sunday evening near where we were & it was a great choice. The outside looks inviting with sidewalk tables to enjoy if you prefer
It was very cold this day, no wait for seating or service. Had a great server, quick drinks, no grits that day but had a wonderful eggs Benedict classic with a side of sausage links. Very good. Eggs were perfectly poached, my wife had waffles and bac
