The location is great. I didn’t ask for any service, but the man who checked us in was super nice. The bed was great. The bathroom was tiny and the shower knob was weird and hard to move. It was quiet and nice, well worth the $70something. We didn’t see or use the pool or have breakfast. Still can’t figure out why “couples love this hotel”. It was ok.

This hotel is by far the cleanest and most comfortable we've stayed in for a very long time! All I smelled when I walked in was clean. The shower and bath fixtures shined. The bedding was fresh, and the beds were very comfortable! The price was well worth it, and the 1st one that didn't charge a pet fee! The front desk clerk (Ron, I think) was so nice and welcoming. It was easy on and off the highway, with places to eat nearby. We will most definitely stay at this hotel if we get back to the area!

This place 100% lives up to its price point in our eyes. Absolutely sufficient for our needs. We are still here. Been here for 24 hrs now and have zero complaints. Every desk attended has been uber friendly and helpful and it is so comforting to stay in a place that is SO pet friendly. We even added another night to our stay and we will stay here again. We barely noticed the highway noise at all either BTW. And I wouldn't blame them if we did because of course the hotels are going to be by the freeway. The beds are pretty firm but they are not terrible. I have a bad back and i slept fine and feel great. Anyway it has been a very clean and comfortable stay.

This was our first, and ultimately our last stay at a Red Roof inn. The room was plain and vault like and had no character. No paintings or anything on the walls at all, it was like a prison cell. Beds were fine but one was very noisy when you moved and was annoying. There was, what appeared to be, feces splatter on the wall that my wife was too exhausted to deal with the front desk so she wiped it up herself with a lysol wipe we had with us. They say they offer breakfast but that is the understatement of the decade. you could barely call what they had breakfast. Bread and bagels for the toaster and some sad biscuits that my daughter tried but said tasted funny. pre packaged cinnamon buns. a sad crock pot of sausage gravy and the only real hot option was the single belgium waffle maker. Juice was disgusting and watered down and the cereal (2 whole varieties) was stale. Will not be returning

This location is either new or redone very well. They accept all pets for free. Hard surface floors were easy to clean if needed. A curlers shower was in the bathroom which was adequate. The room was large, king sized bed, large desk and refrigerator. While close to the highway, our room was very quiet.

Great room, very clean, updated, and spacious. Night clerk was very nice, friendly, and polite. Priced moderately for travelers. Continental breakfast. Fresh hot coffee ready by 5am. Whenever we travel down this way again we will stay here.

Helping our daughter and her family move from Atlanta to Detroit, we wanted to spend the night at the halfway point, and London, Kentucky is the spot. After driving a 26' UHaul truck towing a 6'x12' trailer, both loaded to the gills, we were ready to chill. We chose this Red Roof Inn because it's pet friendly, inexpensive, and has a gigantic lot for our "big rig." They had all these things and much, much more. First, this facility is absolutely immaculate, inside and out. While the decor might be a little old-fashioned, the rooms are fairly large and chock full of outlets and USB ports for all your devices. It's quiet (no "neighbor noise" next to or above us), the WiFi works well, the fridge, microwave and coffee pot were welcome additions, the black-out curtain on the window truly blocks the light, the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable, the AC really cranked out the cool air (thank goodness, because it was super-hot and humid outside), and the free breakfast was more than adequate. Add to that the kindness and thoughtfulness of the proprietors - for instance, they realized that we were three parties traveling together and they automatically put us right next to each other, three rooms in a row - and this motel is a winner. It's easy-on-easy-off I-75 with a TON of parking, a swimming pool, and the rate was truly inexpensive. (If you join the Red Roof "point" system, you get 15% off your first booking. Signing up is free.) Every fast food place you can imagine is a stone's throw away. We hope we never have to make this drive again but, if we do, we're staying at this Red Roof Inn.
