We stayed here right after Hurricane Beryl for one night as a start for our weekend vacay that was preplanned for weeks. The hotel was packed out, but I had my box fan with me, and it drowned out any noise. We didn't have any issues. I could tell that the staff was stressed but they were very nice. The rooms were great. I didn't see any bugs. Plenty of hot water.
Unfortunately I had to stay here.
1. Hotel does not have any breakfast at all... Nothing.
2 they have roaches.
3. Internet does not work.
4. Rooms are not cleaned well at all.
5. No toilet paper holders, toilet paper jusr left on bathroom counter... So it gets wet during hot shower.
Extra toilet paper is not wrapped.
Just 2 partially used rolls in bathroom.
6. No business center.
7. Thin small towels.
Did I mention roaches!
Do not stay here.
I will never be back.
Positive: It was a king suite, 3 king beds, ac worked fine and a big fridge. Negative: It smelled terribly, the room was in an annex that didn?t have a locking outside door. The bathroom and bedroom doors had kick holes in them?. Only one tv/remote worked out of the two.
This hotel is dated. The furniture is dirty and could use a refresh or a good cleaning. There were many bugs in our room, ranging from flies to roaches to ants and everything in between location was good because it was close to our port for our cruise, but other than that, this was not it. The room was still dirty, there were holes in the wall and the fire. Alarm is hanging off the wall would not recommend. also, the Wi-Fi does not cover the entire building. Our room does not have service.
So I am a local Me and the family wanted to get away for a night I'm not going to tell you that this is a five-star hotel but it is way better than what people say I took off one star basically because they lie and say there's breakfast and there is not, it would be more respectable if you would just put on your main site that you do not have breakfast, only coffee, more people would respect that, other than that it was a good stay. pool needed to be cleaned a little bit still a solid night out with the family and pet friendly
Positive: "" Negative: The room as dirty - you could tell there was a dog there before because the floor was not cleaned. Also, there were marks on walls where it looked like someone hit a bug. I only assume this because I found a roach crawling on my floor during the daytime.
Booked this hotel to be closer to the port at Galveston and it wasn't a far drive. The room was clean, very comfortable and reasonably priced.
It wasn't anything fancy but very suitable for a short stay.
Positive: The best thing about this hotel is that they allow pets Negative: They charge a cash deposit (and the amount varies by person) AND you have to ASK for your deposit back!! They don't allow refunds, even though they take your card payment BEFORE the rooms are even cleaned, even during this storm.
Spent roughly 3 months here. I travel for work and I'm in several parks a year and this one is top notch. Front office is very helpful and always keeps everyone informed of what's going on in the park. Price is absolutely competitive for the area an
Love the atmosphere! Everyone is super welcoming and funny. We pass up 2 different bingo halls to come to this particular one.
We love coming here to play!
I have been a customer to this location for 3 years , the head cashier Dee always makes me feel welcome everyday . Even when I'm not feeling well he puts a smile on my face. Very friendly with all the customers. I appreciate a person like that. Keep
We have been enjoying the soul food and home cooking of simps for years, back when they were on the island. Food as always amazing, portions are enough for 2 people or at least 2 meals. Yes it seems a little pricey but it's well worth it and enough
In my opinion the dessert portions are quite small for the price however the main courses and cornbread are hands down the best I have ever had in my life
We sold our house in March 2022, discovered Oasis RV Resort (Ron Hover RV Dealership) in La Marque, Texas. We stay until we moved into our new place in Galveston in late July (4 Months) The resort has plenty of space to accommodate large rigs with e
