Red Roof Inn Kingsland - Hotel in Kingsland - 1363 GA-40, USA

I’ve stayed in some pretty bad hotels/motels but this one tops the cake. ||Me and my family checked in tonight after 8pm to get some rest while on a road trip home. We were packing our bags and leaving by 9pm. ||We booked 2 rooms. One room was worse than the other. ||The first room had stained bed sheets, sheets with cigarette burn holes, holes in the walls, torn up chairs. ||The second room had a dead roach, spider webs, hair stubble in the sink, a stained toilet with a dirty toilet seat, a shower with stains everywhere, and a white towel with brown and red stains. ||Both non-smoking rooms stunk like stale cigarette smoke. The woman at the front desk did not want to help us at all. Outside the rooms were people doing drugs and freaking out. ||We decided that there was no way we could spend another hour there let alone the night and packed our bags, ate the money we spent on this place and went to another hotel.

Very affordable. Near the interstate. Lots of restaurants and other services nearby. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable enough for two nights. Towels were just okay. The grounds, especially the pet walk area, were well-maintained. As a professional pet transporter, that always matters to me. Hotel traffic was quiet. Security camera in use. Service was excellent at check in and check out. If I could give it 4.5 I would.

This place was not the greatest. They had a lot of people living there, and the rooms were disgusting. It was late, and I already passed up a motel just before this one that was actually worse, so I stayed. Air freshener stuck in the air conditioner for the smell, water at the bottom of the bathroom door coming from who knows where, no fire alarm, ect. Nasty!

Unlike previous Red Roof Inn rooms we have stayed at as we traveled south, this room was disappointingly not clean. The bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet, and sink had not been scoured. The towels may have been white in another era, but not now. The location was great, lots of fast food close by, and minimal traffic.

I chose this location because of a previous visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first trip with my puppy, and the staff made us feel welcome. I stay at Red Roof Inn mainly because of the pet policy.

Last minute stop worked out well Nice person by the counter evening and morning Service was awesome Breakfast amazing. Rooms 4⭐️,but when you on a long trip you just want someone to be nice good food and sleep this place is perfect. All the restaurants are walk distance!!! Thank you.

Will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. The floor of the room was so dirty, my socks were dirty as hell when I took them off. My husband has better garage rags than the towels in this place. They were old and stained! The sheets on the one queen bed couldn’t have been washed as there were unsightly stains on them. This is the second Red Roof Inn we stayed and and will be the last.

This place is BIZARRE. Stay away. One of the house keepers, a man, also stays at the hotel. That’s totally normal on it’s own. But he dances aggressively outside right in front of the rooms and looks like he is on serious drugs. Every time I would go outside to get my belongings, he would be outside dancing like really weirdly. Then I was walking my dog and he jumped down from the second floor, out of nowhere. He literally jumped off the railing. It seriously freaked me out. This was before I even knew he worked there LOL. So I called Expedia to try and get a different hotel. They called the front office.. then, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, the front desk person is banging on our door. Speaking loudly about the guy to where he can hear us. He heard the entire thing, and they even told him about it. After a lot of arguing with Expedia, they finally said they would just make sure that Guy stays away from us for the rest of this day. Grudgingly, I had to continue staying, because we had nowhere else to go. So we stayed the night. Here’s where it gets even crazier. The housekeepers were literally right outside of our room when we woke up, and when I came outside, that dude was standing right there. Literally right outside of our room. He started arguing with me and telling me that he wasn’t on drugs, and that I need to leave. It was seriously crazy. L O L. One of the weirdest things I have ever experienced in my entire life.
