We were treated kindly by every staff member from registration to check out. our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The price was reasonable and our pet stayed free. They had a typical grab and go breakfast. We would definitely stay again and recommend you visit!
The whole family got sick due to standing water and MOLD in two different rooms. The solution they gave us was to put more towels around the leaking toilet. This was TWO different rooms with the same issue. Front desk guy threatened my kid with extra charges because she asked for a towel for the pool. Husband, 2 minors and an elderly person are all sick due to MOLD. If I had any other options, I would have left as soon as we got there. No WAY they would have refunded us either. Also, 1 star is as low as I can offer. ZERO STARS
Do not stay here. I love to save a buck like everyone else, but sometimes, you also need better standards. The sofabed wasn't made up properly. It was still dirty. Including the fitted sheet still on it. I have more written in the rooms section. Same with safety. More lighting is needed. Badly. As for services, I called down to get an extra blanket because the one given was this tiny thin brown blanket, which wasn't enough and I froze all night long. Which is a health issue for me. They told me to come down to the front desk to get a comforter. Uh, I'm already having health issues, but sure, I'll make your life easier.
If it weren't so late by the time we arrived, we wouldn't found somewhere else to stay.
I also don't care about lip service from management. Do better. Period.
Nice place for the money. Wheelchair room was big in bathroom, small in bedroom. No counter space in bathroom in wheelchair room but had desk area in BR. Fridge and microwave. If you hang clothes on clothes rack limits wheelchair space. Tv takes and works with ROKU. Nice plug ins by bed for cell phones. White castle across the street. Dennys within a block. Coffee taken up right after breakfast. Husband stayed here before and the regular rooms seem bigger and better laid out than handicapped.
The only positive about this place is the ability to bring your dog and have it stay free.
1. From check in, the front desk rep was talking on the phone (on a personal call) for 15 minutes before even servicing anyone in the lobby.
2. There are some people living in the rooms, and they sit in their rooms with the doors open and STARE at you as you are walking your dog or walking to or from your car.
3. Our room’s ceiling was falling down (photos attached).
4. Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling
5. The fridge and hair dryer in our room didn’t work.
Would not recommend this place to anyone and steer clear. It is much more worth it to pay more money for another pet friendly hotel in Indy.
Shady, slimy motel. Where do I even start? Well, check out the pictures I'm attaching; plaster and paint was peeling from the ceilings and walls. There were two buildings, and only the main building had an ice machine. There was trash everywhere, and I even saw a needle lying on the ground in the parking lot. Finally, when I checked in they charged me a $75 deposit (not mentioned to me when I made the reservation online), and still had not credited it back to me over two weeks later, until the *second* time I called and complained about it ("We forget", they said, but what I have to assume they meant was, "We were hoping *you* forgot").
We checked in around 4pm went to my girlfriends moms house went to the hotel around 9, first walked in to the smell of cigarette smoke. not even 30 minutes of being there people were screaming and banging on doors repeatedly. We left went to the desk they couldn’t refund us not even our deposit did we get back. For any of the nights we paid for. Don’t recommend this hotel if you are staying in greenwood stay at best western.
Positive: The location was good. The beds were comfortable. Negative: The hotel was dirty. The shower head sprays everywhere except into the shower. There is cracks in the ceiling and paint peeling off the walls and ceilings. The fridge wasn¿t even plugged in when I checked in. There were bugs- disgusting. Negative: ""
