Rooms very clean with fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and I liked the plump pillows. I stay here on my way to Colorado and back. Gas station is right next door so is convenient.

Great place to stay! Glad I did not read the reviews before we stayed.They would scared me off. We had a great stay bed was very comfortable Room was very clean. Looked like it was remodeled recently. The price was fantastic.You never get a hotel that good for that price And breakfast.We will definitely be back.

Front desk was so helpful and friendly. We got in late and the AC in our room wasn't really working properly. He got us into another room and we slept like babies. Very comfortable mattress that felt like sleeping on a marshmallow, but also didn't hurt either of our backs. Fantastic value for the price.

Very clean. The room was under $70. Great water pressure. There’s a desk, fridge, microwave, ironing board, hair dryer, and tv. Laundry onsite. I reserved a room with a single king bed and there was plenty of space. The young woman working the desk on 5/25 at 8pm was very pleasant. No additional charge for one small pet. Way better than the hotel I stayed at in Winslow a few weeks ago. I was lured to the motel 6 in Winslow by their earlier check in but I should have waited. This place has such better maintenance and cleanliness. The motel 6 had a smell. This place does not. Very clean. The person in charge of the upkeep is amazing. I am so impressed. This will be my new go to when I travel between California and Texas. I don’t even remember the last time I felt so satisfied by a hotel experience. Very happy customer. I grabbed an ice cream cone for a dollar at the travel center down the street. There is a ton of truck parking across the street.

We stopped here last night 7/10/2024 driving through we went in got a room key drove around the parking lot and there was no parking. We went to the office with another guest we ran into in the parking lot to ask where we're supposed to park and, We were instructed to park in the back alley looking area blocking other cars in. As we were in there another lady guest walks in with her pillow covered in bedbugs asking for a refund. We never entered our room thankfully but we all got our refunds and drove away feeling dirty. So glad we never went in the room. If you don't mind bed bugs this is the place for you. Good luck.

Very clean rooms. Awesome pet policy for small animals. Nice staff. Great almost middle location for travel between California and Texas. Very very clean. Gallup isn’t the best area but there are cool places like the Navajo Travel Plaza.

Positive: Location and easy to find. Our checkin person was dressed professionally and was friendly and ease of check in. Checkout was easy . Did have to wipe some spots in bathroom and we always bring our own disenfectant. Loved the shower and showerhead- clean Negative: We missed having yogurt but fortunately had made a trip to Walmart and bought our own. Coffee was okay Negative: ""

Positive: "" Negative: Pool was covered and closed. Did not feel safe to go back and forth from the car with loud group partying on the balcony across from our room. Old washer or dryer/ debris in the way. I?ve been to nice Red Roof Inns. This one was unsatisfactory.
