Red Roof Inn Franklin, TN - Featured Reviews (4)
I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn, and I have been more impressed. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a restful night. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the night shift receptionist. Their warmth and efficiency truly made a difference. Despite the late hour, they greeted me with a genuine smile, quickly addressed all my needs, and provided helpful local tips. It’s clear they are dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and valued. Overall, the Red Roof Inn offered a fantastic experience, and the outstanding service from the night shift receptionist was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!
There was no indication on the Trip advisor website about the pool being down. That was one of the reasons we chose this property. ||||The breakfast was dismal. The choices were limited to cold cereal (two types) and toast. The pancake machine was broken and there were no other choices, such as breakfast meat or eggs or fruit. There was coffee but no other choices, like tea or hot chocolate. There was only Sunny D and no other juice choices. Terrible breakfast. I've never been at a hotel that advertised a full breakfast that had so little.
This hotel is probably the best at its price. Clean and well-maintained rooms at an extremely affordable price that can’t be beat. It is also located in a convenient area with several restaurants in the area. I would recommend staying at this hotel and I will whenever I visit Franklin again
Positive: The room was clean. Negative: If I had seen the hotel from the front parking lot before booking the room, I would not have stayed there. The pool cover was filthy and probably breeding mosquitoes and other insects.
Roach infested!!! My mother was literally woken up by a roach crawling on her during the night. There were dead roaches that had been killed stuck to the walls and the head board. The air conditioning made a horrible noise all through the night. Run as fast as you can away from this place. You are better off sleeping in your vehicle ! Go anywhere else!
Positive: Nothing Negative: We got accused of having a cat, when in fact I have a 70lb pit bull. Staff refused to come inspect my room to verify I had no cats. They refused to allow us to stay till our check out date. Roaches and dirty rooms. Avoid this place at all costs Negative: ""
Positive: Located right off the highway. Room was updated decently and the bed was comfortable Negative: The outside door didn¿t close all the way. It looked like it was previously broken into. Not very secure feeling Negative: ""
Strong Arab accent at check in. Couldn’t understand. Breakfast was old bread, dry muffins or an old banana. No vents in bathroom. No privacy in bathroom with that sliding door. Floors dirty. Nice fridge and bathroom otherwise.
I recently spent a night at the Hampton Inn in Barry Farms Crossing, Tennessee, and it was a delightful experience! From the get-go, the staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. The lobby was a nice, cozy spot that immediately put me at
Fantastic place to stay with the family to celebrate the holidays. Very accommodating for my elderly grandparents and the lovely front desk staff was so helpful to my mother in scheduling the meeting room. Very clean and breakfast was great. The roo
